“Wanted to give my review of our experience last evening. We had the pleasure to meet Melvin, who was awesome! He was so friendly and personable! He took the time to talk to us, gave us some great tips on foods to try and made our shopping experience so wonderful! When I tried to compliment him, he said that the whole team is great. And he’s right! We used to chat with a lady named Farrah, but she left to go to culinary school. She was incredible too and gave such excellent customer service, just like Melvin did. It is because of employees like these that customers keep returning. I hope Melvin stays with this location for a long time!”
“Best shoe store in London. The owner also stands behind what she sells. Had an issue with a gorgeous handbag I bought for my son's wedding. Not only did the owner fix it but the repair was also accompanied by a lovely note, some chocolate and some beautiful earrings. Check this store out. It is a hidden gem in London.”

“I called Brown’s Shoes. I have a hectic work schedule. I couldn’t waste time going into the store. I had an idea of what I wanted and I called the Masonville Brown’s. Erin stayed on the phone with me through my indecisiveness. She was patient. She was knowledgeable and she kept running to the back to check the computer and inventory. She directed me to the website to see what she was suggesting. I thought I was annoying but she made me feel good. I placed my order for two shoes with her.

I looked at two other pair and they weren’t very comfortable on the feet. “I came in looking for a formal dress and Barrie was super helpful! He was very attentive and frequently checked in on me with each dress I tried on. He even brought me heels to try with the dresses. I decided to buy the heels and noticed the clasp was backwards, but Barrie was able to fix it within a few minutes which I really appreciated. It was a wonderful shopping experience, and I could tell he genuinely cared to help me find the right dress.”
“Feb. 23/ 2024 Needed a good looking, light-weight work shoe with toe protection inorder to volunteer in a local food wharehouse. Jeremy proved to be very helpful and knew the features and benefits of various models. Took the time to find out what my expectations were and located a well fitting, comfortable shoe that I am very pleased with. Also wanted to search clearance clothing that I could donate to a "Cover me with Love" charity. Again, Jeremy proved very helpful especially at searching online for the correct size and style that was not available in the store. He went the the extra mile in placing the order for me (I am a bit awkward with computers); delivery to my door was fast and convenient. Again thank you Mark's Work Whare, especially Jeremy and all the friendly staff at the Wonderland S. Store. I shall return.”
