“For the most part, it's pretty straightforward. Get in line and let them know at cash that you're shipping Purolator. It would be nice if they had an actual counter of some sorts in order to avoid the regular line which can get backed up a bit at times. Especially during the shopping happy hours. Otherwise not the biggest hassle.”

“I was in distress i had to print some important assignment on coated paper. I went to staples although they still had an hour to close they said we dont do this close to our closing time and it requires 24 hour. But i am so glad i called UPS they printed it for me in 10-15 min . And i was glad it was ready when i went to pick. Good customer service and reasonable price for print.”

“Update - this store is under new ownership. They are much better than previous owners. Very professional, packages that they receive for me are well taken care of. Their notifications for mail box are excellent. Keep up the good work.”

“I used UPS to help ship personal belongings to Vancouver when my son was moving. From the very beginning, Alice was most helpful and informative. She explained how to pack the boxes and made suggestions for me and worked with my son and I to arrange the right delivery time. I was disappointed to hear that two of the 9 boxes had shattered contents when they arrived in Vancouver. I brought this information back to Alice who looked into what happened. I later received a personalized note of apology and a gift card to offset the broken contents. Alice is an amazing lady who truly understands her business as well as the clients that she serves. Thank you so much Alice!”

“I had an unpleasant experience at this PostNet store where the staff member was unhelpful and used inappropriate language. I recommend going to the Richmond Staples instead; they offer better customer service and even have a $5 coupon for people returning.”
