I purchased gas from this station on Sunday Nov 10. I asked the fellow at the counter if I could pay inside and he told me I would have to pay first. I gave him my credit card and told him I wanted to purchase high test. I tried to put hi test in my vehicle to no avail, I went pack in the store portion and told him the hit test pump would not turn on. He followed me out to the pump and pushed regular, so I excepted regular as I was running out of time. The attendant could hardly speak English, I will never go back there again.

Install the "tap" feature on pumps please, so ppl can pay by tapping tap-enabled card or NFC-enabled phone (Google Wallet/Apple Pay etc.)

This morning just wanted to use the washroom in this place , as a truck driver. Rude lady behind the counter name Kelly wouldn't allow.
We used buy gas and get car washes here, not anymore.

Car wash is very bad. I had ultimate car wash. Lots of foam left on the car, and the machine didn't dry well. The system seems really old. They will reply with an automated response for sure.

Disgusting treatment towards customers by the employees and owner, treating everyone as a criminal. I used to use this gas station all the time because it was beside my school, now I'll never be going to a Shell gas station again

The prepay for gas at the pump assumes that we are all thieves. The car wash didn't even remove 20% of 1 bird dropping on my front fender. I will never come back to this station.

They get you to prepay at 8am? I stopped here after dropping my kid off at school because I was on empty, its been a long work week for me and I haven't had time to gas up and I wanted to get at least $20 in fuel to get home and was going to top up at Esso or Pioneer later before work because they are always 10c cheaper then Shell. Some one got on a very muffled intercom which I had a hard time hearing the first time and told me I had to prepay? I can understand prepaying after 10pm because of thefts which I can u completely understand but at 8am? I can't prepay at the machine with cash and I shouldn't have to at 8am and for 10 cents more a liter for gas!I won't go to a Shell again after this, I would sooner drive my car on empty to the next gas station then waste my time dealing with this company.

The guy at the desk was really rude served me the other day no problem all of a sudden today the pumps are prepaid. Your company's not gonna make any money doing this just no petrol Canada allows people to pump without prepaying..

I tried to get some gas just after 11 PM here. Big mistake!I try to avoid paying at the pump only to avoid touching a dozen different buttons a dozen different times. I pump gas first and pay inside with tap feature of my credit card.I picked up the pump nozzle and selected gas grade. For several minutes, the pump wasn't authorized by the attendant. I looked over to see if the attendant was busy with other customers. He was looking at a screen above him, occasionally, and then spending time on his cellphone. I could see that he was actively ignoring me, the only customer at the gas station. I waited, waved at the attendant, and waited some more, until the pump went into time out. I spent a solid 5 to 10 minutes with no communication from the attendant despite being in direct line of sight for him. Finally I had had enough. I went inside only to hear a sarcastic hello from him. I lost it and asked him if he was asleep. He pointed at a sign INSIDE the store, not at the pump but inside the store, and said, "It is your right to see this sign"; pointing to a sign stating pre-payment was required. I did not have time to appreciate the attendant's competence in English language because I was too busy contemplating sheer stupidity of him expecting every customer to come inside the store first ask the gasoline overlord if there are any special memos of the day for customers who dare to want to buy gas. This was the first time for me to buy gas at this hour in years. I have always paid inside after pumping gas even at night in the past.Had the attendant told me that a pre-payment was required right away, instead of making me wait and reveling in the process of actively ignoring a customer, I would have been more than happy to oblige. But utter ignorance, rudeness and lack of customer service from the attendant has made me add this gas station in my "avoid at all costs" list.
