Writing this as a courier. When I arrived the gas station to pick the order, there were 2 mallu guys in duty. Maybe they're switching shift or trying to fill has in their car (one for sure). They made me wait for 10mins in cold weather (<10*C). Neither the guy allowed me inside or gave me a response. Please don't do this to couriers at least in extreme weather conditions. 11:18PM on 23rd Oct 2024. It was a batch order for me in my platform. They asked me to cancel the order as they couldn't reach customer. They didn't even get consent of customer & directly advised me to cancel the order. I denied. Then at 11:30PM the guy asked me to wait in my car when confronted. Worst CX!
The guy in duty turned the delivery tablet ON on seeing me & then checked the order details. Usually orders will be packed by the time couriers arrive at store.
I'm not against anyone. Even I'm from South india

Normally I’m not giving reviews. Even the service is bad. But today I feel that you deserve review
Firstly the staff he is very rude. Don’t know how to do customer service. And the price listed totally wrong. On app mantion 1.37 and once you reach there it’s 1.52. (The way of guy speaking it’s very very unprofessional). Useless
On the other side it’s ok if price is not matching. There is lots of gas stations they are providing good service.
What you should teach your staff how to talk and how to respond to coustmer

do not trust what the price of gas is listed on the web...it stated 1.59 and when i got there like 5 minutes later it was 1.71 so not sure why they have a listed price or who adverted that price online...I will stick with gas buddy .
