I regularly use this shell to fill-up gas. Employee treats me very well and always asks for airmiles/CAA. Washrooms are everytime clean. Thankyou Shell!

Lots of negative reviews on this place. Here's another...went inside to prepay using points on my Air Miles card. Clerk refused service saying he didn't see any Air Miles on his register. I currently have 97 points, enough to buy $10 worth of gas. I walked away angry after going out of my way to stop at this station and use up those points.

Been coming to this Shell for 8 years now and ever since they put the bullet proof glass in there's no room on the counter to put your stuff a Gatorade bottle won't even fit under the window it's extremely inconvenient and annoying. And I went there yesterday and was on my Segway and asked for a bag to carry my 2 drinks in and the cashier said I had to pay for this brown paper bag with no handles or anything and wouldn't do me any good what so ever!

Used to be my regular spot for gas, smokes etc for 3+ years. Won't be returning as I'm tired of being told to come inside and prepay after a long day's work and it's not even dark out. Believe it or not some people like to fill their tank completely good luck guessing that with the change in gas prices, also the other review about Diesel ending up in the tanks and ruining customers cars... Ya no thanks I'll take my business elsewhere.

Ran out of regular gas twice in one week but close all the pumps even diesel for customers. Poorly managed shell in the city!

So, this gas station, which claims to be open right now, is not. It’s so often not open when it claims to be open and so I wonder how it can claim to be open 24/7 when so often, it isn’t.

This morning around 10am the attendant was very rude. She was texting on her phone ignoring customers. When she finally acknowledged me she then lied and told me that they didn’t have any propane for exchange. I could clearly see that both cages were full of tanks. It was very clear that she simply couldn’t be bothered to head outside and do a exchange

5 star for evening staff and zero star for customer service as they keep on blaming to there own owner .I went to store to buy propane and I notice cashier was super busy with customer and he didn't manage to come out for me..company should give extra staff for propane and ice...
