I had a very positive experience at this gas station. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. When I accidentally dropped an item and couldn't locate it, the cashier didn't hesitate to assist me. He went above and beyond to help me find my wallet clip, and he did so without me even asking. I'm truly grateful for such courteous service. This level of care and attention has made this gas station my top choice whenever I'm in London. Thank you for making my day better!

I regularly use this shell to fill-up gas. Employee treats me very well and always asks for airmiles/CAA. Washrooms are everytime clean. Thankyou Shell!

Lots of negative reviews on this place. Here's another...went inside to prepay using points on my Air Miles card. Clerk refused service saying he didn't see any Air Miles on his register. I currently have 97 points, enough to buy $10 worth of gas. I walked away angry after going out of my way to stop at this station and use up those points.

Been coming to this Shell for 8 years now and ever since they put the bullet proof glass in there's no room on the counter to put your stuff a Gatorade bottle won't even fit under the window it's extremely inconvenient and annoying. And I went there yesterday and was on my Segway and asked for a bag to carry my 2 drinks in and the cashier said I had to pay for this brown paper bag with no handles or anything and wouldn't do me any good what so ever!
