The staff member named Amil J was so rude and full of attitude. I told him that this was the second time(the first time I ignored and drove away but it happened again so I went to talk to the cashier) that it didn't wash my car properly instead of explaining anything calmly. He was being so rude like if you don't wanna work just stay at home or work properly. So disappointed

I leave beside this gas station I always go there for gas or buy tickets but there is one cashier his Emij like that look like big hari jambo . When I enter in store he have an always problem . & very rude always no one are happy . Today he work night shift AUG -09-2024 .. I hope manger doing change for this nonsense please.
This is last time visit this store I never go again . I no recommend anyone to go there

Won't recommend this site. My son went there to use the washroom and it was locked. I was a regular customer and today due to my son's urgency thought to use the washroom first and then fill the gas. But to my shock the service rep informed me that the manager have imposed a rule that the washroom is accessible only for bus drivers, not even to the customers. This will be the last time i ever visit this location.

Don’t ever use this location, car wash damaged my car. Customer service tried blaming me for the car wash malfunction. Manager was late to a meeting to discuss repairs to my car and tried scamming me out of repairs, took multiple phone calls to shell and car wash insurance for anything to be done. took 4 weeks and a lot of time and effort on my end to get things done0 ⭐️

Prepay only in the middle of daylight? We are not living in oblock,,, and not even a tap option on the pump (like petro canada). Very bad gas station ???????? No one give them business. I didn’t even buy gas because of the bad services at this garbage station.

Worst experience ever I come here because my cars require 93 and up I come here all the time but my bmw x7 doesn’t have a front plate so I parked a certain way so they can see my back plate and I pay by cash only so I don’t have a estimated amount I have 4 cars all different all of them with no plate Porsche rolls Royce and a Ferrari all have differential sizes tanks and no front plates so I usually fill then pay but it’s 3 pm day light outside and I got refused service because the employee thought I was going to steal gas I work way to hard to get the things I want in life for some shell employee to tell me off like that ridiculous service please get better management and have them teach better judgment

I go here a lot and usual have no problem. However, I was here about a month ago for a fill up, it was probably 9pm or 10pm. Was using the App. Some clueless staff member turned off the entire station, including lights and pumps, and locked the door and walked away from the gas station while I was only 5% filled up. I was shocked, you’d think anyone with half a brain would wait until the last customer was done to shut things down. I’ve never seen this happen before in my life. This station is usually 5 to 10 cents more than the Shell’s on Oxford or Warncliffe as well.Edit: I checked my receipt, it says 23:00 March 9. So even if they closed at that time, I started pumping before and they could've waited for a few minutes before I was done. Please look into it, it could be a learning experience for that staff member.

Normally i wouldn't write a review on a gas station, however, im hoping to warn people! Cashers are extremely rude, especially to young kids, its noy the first time I've hear from the kids about this. My daughter and her friend were yelled at because they used a 50 dollar bill to purchase some slurpies. I don't know who the heck they think they are, but don't work near 3 huge schools if you hate children... find a different career path, perhaps NOT in customer service. Cash is legal tender and you guys have no right to dictate how people pay!

Paid 18.99 for a car wash that did absolutely nothing. Bugs still all over the car, only thing it did was leave me frustrated. Such a waste of money, DO NOT USE THEIR CAR WASH.

The female that worked the evening of July 27/22 was very rude. I as the paying customer will not every return to this location. If she doesn’t enjoy being in the customer service industry resign.
