Cashier pocketing car wash payments? (Saturday around 1:30 pm) Went in to pay for $30gas and a basic car wash (12 99). Was told by the lady cashier that if I paid cash for the car wash, I would get a discount. I asked how much the discount was. She rang it up
on the registered and said instead of $24, it would only be $20. I said that's for the ultimate. I only want the basic, and then all of a sudden.I wasn't buying enough gas to qualify. Owners check your cameras for verification

I have been there twice in the past week or so and both times have been charged way too much from the female cashier. I see other reviews talking about them stealing money here as well. Something shady.

Walked in to let the cashier (older female) know the vacuum wasnt working. Was behind a person who didnt recieve a discount on their gas, had a reciept to prove it. She argued with him then proceeded to give his money oweing. Which was wrong..and he corrected her. He told her this is the second time here, he had driven away the last time before noticing. He began to talk to me, in which case she assumed it was to her. Wouldnt believe him when he said it was to me. He was giving me a heads up to watch my reciepts here. After he left she began to talk about him to us fellow guests. Very unprofessional. They just lost my bussiness. Ill be going down the road or across the street from this day forward

DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE AT THE PUMP I USED TO WORK HERE AND KNOW FOR A FACT THEY ARE STEALING PEOPLES MONEY! Not just from the pump either, watch your receipts when you buy ANYTHING these stinky pack rats will rob you with a dirty smile on their face

Horrible experience, pre paid for gas, then couldn’t pump and canceled the payment then have to pay again also missing scanning my airmails card in the second time. This was not the first time though.

Always a pleasure at this station, as I often get gas here on Sundays when needed. Today the Manager mentioned to me that coffee is only $1 so I gave it a try and quite honestly, it is a very, very nice quality and I thoroughly enjoyed. Also, the attendants are always efficient and smiley at this station, which is much appreciated these days. Being in business myself, I know their job is probably not as easy as it looks, dealing with all types of people every day.

There is a lady Baig in the counter who is very rude and doesn’t know how to respect the customers. I was there in the car wash and detecting the number to get in the wash. She didn’t enter the number and asking “ are you sleeping sir, come to the store and give number “. We never encountered such issues before. There are two people available in the counter and one cannot deal with the car wash and other with customers inside the store??

Racist cashier singled me out to prepay. They blamed "driveaways" but was clearly not worried about the other driver who pumped and came in to pay while i was prepaying. I was on the closest pump and facing the store. I will never use a shell station again.

Paid for 91, confirmed on receipt it was 91. It was not 91, car had all the typical signes of bad fuel, luckily it was okay but I will never be getting gas here again after this experience.Would avoid if you have a car that needs Premium.

The older lady you have working thats talking down to people and did not even check my ID properly shoulf not be there or your simply losing customrs to nextdoor.From the owner of the shop across the street.?BIG shout out to Harshdeep for ruining my what I THOUGHT would be a quick ? stop for ⛽ Gas.... ?Money that was spent at my shop today across the street was brought over to your Shell Gas station, a massive corporation just off the Highway✔️.........I own A Small Ma/Pa style Shop that only keeps maximum $100 on site/in the register and I would NEVER dare denie my customers of their cash money!? Unless it was something ridiculous.What do I say first!?? Hmm..THANK YOU for THROWING some of my change at me when I asked for a Receipt!!My Bill was $60 and thank you for REFUSING my Cash Money for a long time and then give me well over $10 in pure change and then only small bills (5's, when I saw the till was FULL) I could go on but this is a lot of my time here......... 1 STAR⭐
