Terrible car wash it didn't even remove 20% of 1 bird dropping on my front fender. The prepay for gas at the pump assumes that we are all thieves. I will never come back to this station.

When I was paying for the gas the cashier asked for my air miles card. When I asked how many air miles do I need to collect in order to use them, he told me that he has no idea and I should call “the air miles guys”. Why would you ask for air miles card if you have no idea when and how the client can use the miles collected?

This gas station is being handled by a brainless attendant who is unable to answer questions respectfully nor truthfully ... Don't buy the car wash passes from Shell and from this specific gas station... the car wash has been "broken" for more than 4 days and some other attendants claim that the car wash does not work when it is below -15 degrees celsius, while all the other car washes around the city from other vendors such as PetroCanada are working just fine... There is no disclaimers when you buy this car wash pass about any weather constraints ... What is the point then from buying a 30-day car wash where you have a single car wash per day and if you cannot use it then it is done and it is money down the drain?? ... And depending on the brainless attendant that you may be presented with, you would get different reasonings to why the car wash is not working ranging from the weather to the car wash being "broken" for a continues number of days ... It is quite frustrating to be scammed with the pass at one end, and then have to deal with such rude and incompetent lying attendant that can demonstrate how brainless they are. Shell should do better at managing their stations by educating those attendants and teaching them some manners and proper customer service.

Simply disappointed.I usually buy Monster energy drink here since it’s cheaper than grocery stores as it’s usually 3 for $7 . I bought on that deal for so many times. Like it was my routine. Now i went and bought same thing and when i tapped my card it was $14 , I didn’t even look what amount I tapped for than i ask the guy working over there and he said its not 3 for 7.Huge disappointmentI wish I could ask for refund

They're near by thats why I go there. but The lady works there she has no customer service skills. like no hi or bye or have a good day she's just there. rude extremely slow, the other dayI got a winner ticket for $20 she told me she doesn't have enough money in the cashier? and yesterday I went to put gas AROUND 1:45 PM and the guy there asked me if I can wait 10 minutes for the shift change because he doesn't want to count the money again lol. so I left and got my gas at the the shell location. I NEVER going there anymore.TRYING TO SUPPORT THEM BUT THEY DON'T DESERVE TO BE SUPPORTED. this place is doomed!! if there is 0 I would rated this place.

Could not make change for a $100 bill when I bought $60 gas. Cashier was rude and didn’t understand. Absolutely unacceptable. Will never buy gas here again. He cited it was store policy to not carry too much cash in the register…Obviously something that makes it considerably harder to do when all you have is a drivers license and a $100 in your pocket. Of all places, a gas station should be able to do this kind of transaction.
