The washroom access is denied even before 12 at the night. Thats terrible, people who do long commutes need that access along with purchasing gas as a customer courtesy.

I need to say this, despite the fact that I know about the integrity of the Shell Corporation as a whole - the staff at this location are the NICEST people on this Earth. Even at 5:30am when I'm usually there. They always ask me how I'm doing, hit their upsells, and tell me to drive safely. Phenomenal.

2200, the inside of the station is closed and you have to order through a window and speaker. Requested a can of Mic Ultra that I could see in the cooler. The useless guy didn’t even move and told me they didn’t have any. This isn’t my first experience with the staff at this station being unhelpful, they are usually headphones in or on the phone and flat out refuse to help anyone. My credit card info was also scooped off these machines and I’ve reported to police.

Their receipt printers at individual stations are not working. This is a frequent issue at this pump which wastes time to go inside to get the receipt and wait in line for others to get free first.

On July 26, 2024, around 1 a.m., I went to fill up some gas here on my bike. I approached the window to prepay, and as I started to speak while looking at the pump number, the attendant became angry and said(with angry expression and loud), "Look at me when you speak to me." I asked him why he was getting angry, and he replied, "I can't hear you when you look the other way." He could have communicated that in a polite manner. I ended up not purchasing anything and walked away, getting my gas elsewhere where they still appreciate customers bringing their business.
NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

Absolutely disgusting. Employees at this location should be ashamed. I HAD planned to purchase other things, but I can't be sure of their level of cleanliness. so I just left. ??♀️

I selected my octane 87 and they charged me 27 cents earlier to select the octane button..!fraud beware and service is really poor!! dumb worker nobody helped me with this issue

Sadly, I frequent this Shell gas station, as my company card only authorizes this location…and believe me it’s usually the worst part of my shift! The amount of instances an attendant has yelled at various customers (inside and out), accusing people, and shouting nasty things on the intercom “warning” patrons they better plan on paying, not do any funny business etc. …it’s quite frankly gross especially because of how common it was. The dismay on people’s faces says it all. Some of these instances were before their switch to a pre-pay only system. Shell probably made this switch because they got tired of patrons getting upset at THEM, for being told they “looked” like the types. Somehow, they still manage to pop on the intercom and harass people, though. I literally hate going here, I just prepay, and never go inside anymore. I just watch the way this staff treats others, and it’s just wrong.
If Chick-fil-A is the gold standard in training a gracious and hospitable staff, this London Ontario Shell (at Oxford and Waterloo), is the gold standard for creating a nasty, rude, and overall unwelcoming staff.
I know the staff couldn’t care less about a bad review, but this review isn’t for them, it’s about them.

Some of the worst customer service in London. Some clown named Dervish stood there on his phone and shushed me as I walked up to the counter.
He then proceeded to tell me to 'wait' while he finished his conversation.
I then paid and he wouldn't pass me the item through the window because, yeah he was still on his phone. I'll take all my business elsewhere from now on.
As i read the reviews, this issue is prevalent and obviously doesn't matter to corporate Shell. Avoid at all costs!

Go-to as open late, but last visit, Gasoline Pump overflowed. Happens, but went back to tell attendant about the issue and that sensor should be checked, I was met with apathy and annoyance. Expressed that could potentially be safety issue, but just directed to grab napkins for the spill.
