Decent touchless wash. Needs more water pressure and soap. Otherwise good for a quick wash. I go with a basic wash as the deluxe option under-washes your car.

Gas was $1.71.9 I bought $50 only received 24.8 litre of gas. So thieves are running this station stay away..... I'm not filling out that info. Pump 12. It charge me the premium price of gas when I got the basic gas. Who know how long its been scaming customers.

After having a clerk scam me tonight (at the 1390 Wellington Rd. S., London, Ontario location) for a double payment via Interac, and then the clerk & store manager refusing to provide me with a refund when I produced visual evidence from my bank that I was indeed double charged (with the clerk also copping an attitude towards me) - I will never, ever step foot into another Shell location.?

Be very careful when dealing with one particular clerk that works at this location - 1390 Wellington Rd. S., London, Ontario! He scammed me for a double payment on a transaction last night. The POS (Point-of-sale) machine clearly indicated that my Interac payment was approved. The clerk said it did not register. I should have just left my vehicle and license plate number with him, told him to call the cops if he wanted, and walked out at that point. Instead, I reluctantly tapped my debit card once again. Upon arriving home, I found that he had indeed double charged me. I went back to the station, with a screen shot showing the two charges being taken out of my account and requested my refund. The clerk copped an attitude with me, and neither him or the store manager would refund my money. Thus, I am now dealing with my bank to have the duplicate charge removed, which can take up to 10 days to process. Watch the POS screen very closely when making a purchase. If the screen indicates that the transaction was *Approved*, you are good to go and are able to freely walk out of the store. Do NOT listen to anything else the clerk may say to you after that point. (I have no clue as to why my review is showing me as being in San Fran, U.S.?? I am a London, Ontario, Canada resident.)

Miserable customer service from Kenneth on a Friday afternnon. (At least that's what his name tag stated).Just plain lazy. No hello. No please. No thank you. (I was polite the whole time). It seemed like a huge effort for him to walk to the lottery machine three feet to his right.I'm don't often go to this location but I do remember decent customer service in the past.Not recommended!!!

This used to an awesome place to get gas and snacks, but the workers here now are just horrible. Won't even speak to the customers. Lol zero customer service literally only thing the attendant said was "receipt?" Literally one word. It's sad to see this it really is. Lost my business for sure.

100 in Gas no problem taking my money need to use the washroom you are going to have to find another gas station after 11pm next time I will be at petro !

I have not bought fuel here. I have gone in for other things such as razors, shaving creme, toothpaste etc, nice place, well organized and polite with very helpful staff

Car wash is a scam.Filled my tank with premium, came to $70.oo. I figured that I may as well get a car wash and got the basic. A pre soak, then rinse, no soap. I went inside to check if that was right.. Yep ! That's what a basic car wash here is.$10.oo for the exact thing as a garden hose.Next time I need to spend $70.oo on gas, I will go to the station across the street that has a better car wash.

It is a large lot with self-serve and full service pumps. Prices are on the high side but it is close to the 401. Went into the convenience store Friday at about 5 pm. The lady behind the counter had her mask down & was munching on something. She put her mask up after eating. Didn’t wash or even clean her hands. I approached the counter and ask if she was planning to wash her hands as there was another staff member by the counter? She snapped back and at me with an emphatic “NO”.I left without making a purchase! Not recommended!

Not the friendliest service at this location at times. Sometimes staff feels like they're doing you a favour simply by existing. Prices are not the greatest here either.Avoid the car wash as it's horrible.
