She’s very nice, patient, friendly and approachable. We asked her questions and she responds quick like she really knows the business or what to say to clients. She’s a great asset to the company! ****ALWAYS CLEAN, ALWAYS A CART AVAILABLE, STAFF IS ALWAYS WONDERFUL and after office hours access is a snap! Jim in the Office is WONDERFUL!: I am going through a difficult logistical transition between living spaces right now requiring me to use storage and Jim had ALWAYS helped me efficiently, effectively, and with care and professionalism: 1st Time to Storage: Jim was gracious and answered my many questions helping me with storage solutions and learning the logistics for my storage (Hours, Access etc) 2nd Time to Storage: Jim offered me a cold bottle of water and some Halloween Candy to keep up my strength as I moving into storage- AND graciously listened to my general grumbling about the moving process in General! Thank you Jim! And Thank you Wonderland Storage Mart!”

Turned out that being November 11th some of the provincial offices were closed for Remembrance day,; but in London ON they weren't.”

“Cubeit was soo easy! They drop off a container 16 feet by 8 feet to your driveway then they pick it up and store it somewhere for the month. Then you can have them delivery the stuff back to your place or drive it to your new house. So convenient! I love this idea! Bonus it was super clean inside!! Will use again.”

“The front desk staff was very helpful for a remote move in. Customer service which really counts. Kudos to both the gentleman and the lady. I must say though there is an insurance charge which was sprung on me when I came to pay and everything was said and done but so is business.
This review is incentivized but regard less of that, customer is top notch at the London Location.”

“I went to pick up packing material and dealt with Melissa and Kent. Unfortunately they did not have in stock as previously understood by myself the quantity of what I was looking for which was 500 sheets of paper. They had quantities of 100 and 200 which added together cost much greater than the 500. Due to the confusion Melissa contacted her superior and they were able to sell me 2 @ 200 sheets and 1 @ 100 sheets for the same price as the 500. Melissa and Kent were very friendly and helpful and willing to go that extra mile. Kent even helped me to carry other items purchased out to my car. Very happy with the overall experience.”
