I had an ongoing mouse problem with my car. Although we did not initially see any mice we could smell them. We tried setting traps and eventually called an exterminator. Finally after deciding that if we were ever going to drive the vehicle we would have to get rid of the smell. We took the car to Scotty's. He listened to our concerns and what we had done to try and get rid of the problem. Scotty's did not stop until our problem was solved. We were kept informed of the process and even sent pictures of the evidence they found throughout the car. They even located a nest that the exterminator missed. After a thorough cleaning and cleaning out of the vents I feel confident that I can drive my vehicle again and not experience any ill effects of a mouse infestation. Thank you to the amazing staff at Scotty's for all of the hard work! I would recommend them for all of your detailing needs they go above and beyond and you'll leave there with an immaculate vehicle.

Update 2024: I had the windows of another one of my cars tinted and Scotty's did a great job. I've been bringing my vehicles to Scotty's for over 25 years and they always take care of everything. They do quality work with quality products. I will definitely keep going back.

They got the scratch that I told them and showed them which I appreciate and 140 for that is alright and the one guy got a little scratch from my trunk I didn’t even ask about which is awesome but the car was pretty dirty from gravel roads the night before when I dropped it and they just quickly wiped the panel they were doing down instead of even rinsing the car off to look for other scratches I do understand I payed for a polish but you would expect them to atleast rince it off especially for the “premium” option any dealerships detailing department would do that.

I had my car windows tinted with Scotty’s Shine Shop and couldn't be happier with the results. They helped me pick out the perfect tint for my car, and they did an outstanding job with the tint, delivering clean, precise work with no bubbles or imperfections. The attention to detail was impressive, and the service was completed in just a couple hours. They also gave me a rundown of all the precautions to keep in mind after it was finished. Highly recommend for a great price and great quality.

Scottie's did PPF on my car. They were extremely easy to deal with. Got a text letting me know when my car was done and even though I had an issue that wasn't their fault, they went above and beyond to make it right at their own expense. Thanks again for standing behind your work. Would use Scotty's again without a second thought.

I had high hopes for a positive experience here, especially since Scott is a genuinely nice guy. However, it seems like he might be stretched too thin. I brought my brand new Porsche Taycan in last year for a PPF installation. Unfortunately, just days after I left, two panels developed air bubbles, and over time, one panel started peeling. I immediately informed Scott, but received no response. After some time, I had my assistant follow up, and Scott requested that we bring the car in, which we did. He then attributed the issue to power washing the car (which we hadn't done). The damage appeared almost immediately, and we had been advised at pickup not to wash the car for a specific period, which we strictly followed. I believe Scott intended to fix it, but once again, we never heard back. Now, a year later, I'm left with a peeling PPF on my brand new sports car.

Great experience with Scotty's Shine Shop. Had my windows tinted and I'm impressed with the performance so far. It still needs time to finish curing for the whole process to be complete but I'm happy with the tint and the service. Scott knows his craft and is willing to explain the process and products. I had a great experience here. I had two windows and windshield done. I had a minor issue with the windshield. Emailed scott. He replied right away. Gave me a call the next day to get me back in. Not very often do you see someone stand behind their work. Everything was resolved in a timely manner. Scott runs a great business and everyone should be like him. Would definitely recommend supporting this business.
