Their staffs treat customers like thieves, they follow you wherever you go, and monitor you as if you’re stealing something always, always they had done before and I was thinking it’s fine because their stuff is good so go and buy. NOT anymore never going back that store. And the big darker skin girl is very rude and racist maybe that’s way they don’t have customers, the store is empty all the time…

Went into the store twice over the last week. The first time, the associate couldn’t be bothered to help with anything, so we helped ourselves to the changeroom. We were only spoken to on our way out (as we were putting the clothes we tried on back on the tables). She seemed sad to lose a sale, but she didn’t even bother. Better experience up at Masonville, this store should take notes, as they don’t even try to help anyone. After asking if they had something in stock (which they didn’t) they made no attempt to provide alternatives. Judging by other reviews left over the last year, I am not alone- but yet there is no change or improvement.

I had to make a return of some items and was kindly greeted by Davawn the store manager. She was extremely efficient and friendly while processing the return. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future! Thank you Davawn!

Terrible experience. Staff couldnt be bothered to even say hi to me. I had a total Pretty Woman moment and took my business elsewhere. Very disappointing

Went today around 11 am, both the workers there were great. Anna was the first to help me and unfortunately I didn't catch the other worker's name, however I wanted to make sure they got recognition for their work today. I was surprised to see that the reciept doesn't have a survey so I'm hoping this Google review is the next best thing.Will definitely be back to this location because of the workers.

I have been to this mall a couple times, and visited few stores to buy suits (Tip Top Tailors, Stars, H&M and Moores around the corner from the mall), and none of the salespeople even bothered to say "hello" or even a smile at the least. However at RW&Co today, it was the best shopping experience I have had. The 2 ladies Molly and Anna were absolutely amazing, the warmth and welcome my wife and I received from these ladies was unmatched. They were patient and accommodating even with my crying baby all along. I ended up buying 4 suits; they even found the Sunglasses that I lost on my first visit. When my size wasn't available on a particular pair of pants, they arranged it to be shipped to my address. The clothing is made with excellent quality, latest designs, modern fittings and awesome pricing. I will definitely be back in the Falls for more.
