It is a lovely home away from home. Staff treats everyone like family and is very upbeat and kind. The rooms are modern and fully equipped with all you need to be comfortable. There is laundry and kitchen to cook, but meals are also provided. Entertainment and love. It was the best to be so comfortable while going back and fore to care for my child at the hospital

Incredibly happy that a spot had opened up for us as our little baby girl is in NICU at LHSC. Right away the staff here were super nice and comforting . Tracey is amazing to deal with . It’s amazing what goes on here , truly didn’t know much about this place until now . Really heartwarming .
Would love to come back one day with the wife and help out in the future .

Can't express enough gratitude for everyone at the Ronald McDonald House. An unplanned trip to the ER turned into a transfer and ICU stay several hours from home and they made sure that we had everything we needed during our time there. Our family is truly grateful for the hospitality and the community is so blessed to have this resource available for those in need. Thank you!!

Most wonderful, charitable place I have ever experienced. My heartfelt thanks to staff and volunteers during this hard time in mine and my childs life. You make it possible for me to stay close to her throughout her treatment.

The best place I ever had the staff the pace is the best I have no word to explain I was there to for 1month I lost my child they give me card sorry and they did not charge me. I will never forget the good did for me ❤️
