In London house hunting, i was driving on commisiiners rd at 2:30 pm. Person driving a Rogers truck and not paying attention turns into my lane causing me to swerve into the second lane and thank the almightybthat someone else was paying attention. He comes up behind me as i am slowingbdown as the light was yellow and he flies through the yellow then red light fast enough for him to fishtail slightly.This happened at 2:30 pm on April 27/2023 Commissioners rd and wellingtondriving van# 200013To the guy driving, short brownish hair with i think sideburns, you should not be driving, you are the reason why innocent people get maimed or killed.I will make sure not to get Rogers when I move here.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Noah at this location and I couldn't be happier! It had been a long time since Ive acquired a new phone (too long to admit I'll tell you that much) and Noah's knowledge & confidence in the products helped me make the right choice for me. I was so impressed with how easily he could give insight on the different features of each phone in the store. He even upgraded my plan to something more suitable to my needs and stuck with my budget, no pressure. All in all, I love my new phone and new phone plan. Thank you Noah, you're the best!

Annie for the win!! I was unable to receive email on my iphone. In the Rogers store on Wellington Rd. London I was fortunate enough to be referred to Annie who was so knowledgeable and patient as she worked to restore my service. She was everything one could hope their customer rep would be. I hope her manager recognizes her level of service and value to the brand.

This place was so slow and had a line up to wait to get in! They left an 87 yr old woman standing outside 10 minutes before even asking her why she was there!Then...You can't return cable stuff at their stores!

Went to this location to buy a new phone...not only was there very little stock, but the employee that helped us (it might even have been the manager) obviously didn't want to be bothered. After buying the phone outright (instead of changing our plan) he refused to help transfer the sim card for me. I am not tech savvy at all, but he assured me it was easy. Well after I youtubed it, I discovered my super old sim card doesn't fit in my new phone. So I have to go back and deal with them. Even if they honestly didn't know this would be a problem, if they would have just helped me like EVERY other location I have ever dealt with, I would have been happy enough to not leave a horrid review! I loath the thought of having to go back and deal with them again!

Was there at 5:15pm yesterday, Jan 5th. The three employees in the front were very very rude, obviously weren't interested in helping me replace my broken phone. I swear they are trying to make this store location lose money. I've never seen this kind of attitude from staff before in any line of business.

Enterd the store to see employees on their phones and watching the store TVs, awesome. Just wanted to pick up a modem but the store is "out of stock" meantime they changed my plans for a new modem, why offer the change in the first place? Dont waste your time you're better off just not going to Roger's in the first place.

Not this store Rogers in general. For the last 15 years (or more) they have sent bills in big envelopes and junk mail ( aka everything else) in small envelopes. So I actively look for the big ones and throw out the small ones as they have become repetitive. Last month Rogers switched the bills to small envelopes so I kept waiting and waiting for my bill ( I had it but didn't realize, thought it was more junk mail). So for the first time in over 15 years my bill was late. This month a late fee of $6.60....Next issue I have never ever used all my data, I rarely even use half. Something is going on with my phone and though I've done nothing out of the ordinary I've used over my allotted data and am only half way through the month ( so double the data in half the time).Also I can't access the settings on my phone I just get an error to try and see what's going on or try to delete things I can't access anything.All this 2 months after cable and internet each went up another $3 ....so why am I in a contract if prices are going up anyway?Enough is enough.
