I had a very good experience at Rogers. Jordan was knowledgeable, patient and it was great to chat with him while waiting for Accounts Depart confirmation. I bought a new Samsung 24+ Galaxy cell phone and accessories. Loving it.

Very poor customer service. Went in and waited for 10 minutes without anyone approaching or asking me if I needed anything…. One was at the counter and saw me coming in and ran inside the office.

Commendation for Outstanding Customer Service! I had a fantastic experience with Aqeel at Rogers in White Oaks Mall in London, ON. He was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and efficient in helping me set up an eSIM for my business lines. Aqeel's quick decisions and understanding of the products were spot-on, and he even assisted other associates with their questions in a friendly and congenial manner. His exceptional service truly stands out, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend!

We wanted to go to the store to talk to a staff member about our account of phone, internet, and TV. We were not allowed admittance to the store until we had moved towards a security camera and looked up at it to allow our images to be retained. There was no explanation for this. We were then admitted to the store but only allowed a few feet inside where we were informed that to deal with our accounts we had to do it online as the store staff did not deal with that issue. We also wanted to update phones but were told to do that online, too, as to do it instore would earn a charge of $60 per phone. The trip was a waste of time, they would not help us with our queries and recommended that we do not deal with the phone issues instore either. I am not sure what the stores are now for. I would not recommend Rogers to anyone as they are clearly not interested in any form of in person customer service. (I did go online when we returned home but it was a very frustrating THREE HOURS to deal with a chat staff member who informed me that she had to have at least two people on chat at the same time which led to long delays and confusions. At the end of the call I was not even able to deal with our issues as the computer only allows one issue to be dealt with at once, so I have to call back in a month to try to deal with the next part of the first issue. Not sure it is worth it, I will be checking on service from another provider.)
Not impressed by the lack of customer service and the Big Brother style of "security". Very disappointing!

I pay my bill all the time. It may be a bit late, but it's paid. Fido refuses me to get a second line and won't explain the reason after I have paid my bill off to only owing $12. Pathetic if you ask me. Once my contract is finished, I am going to research for another company.

Unfortunately I did not catch her name because i was in such a rush but she was amazing help in solving my problem. Quickly signed me up and got my old phone setup with rogers in no time when she could tell time was an issue, but also crushed my old plans price and features all at the same time, actually saving me money on top of quickly helping me flip my phone over to rogers. I wish i had a chance to go back and thank her after my old number took effect in way faster time than she said it could. To wrap it up she quickly understood what I needed done, did it better and faster than I expected by a lot...thank you

As much as I dislike Roger's, my experience today at this location was great. Carissa was very friendly and helpful and made dealing with Rogers much better then it normally is.
