So unprofessional. I visited their shop twice and never have I ever received a proper information. They do have information but hide some of it so that the customer will be forced to buy the thing, they want to sell. And it appeared to me that they dont care about customer and their satisfaction (buy it or leave it > simple policy)

Disrespectful behaviour from the management as well as very poor costomer service (manager - Shelly)Thank you for your response. I appreciate your attempt to deflect from the disrespectful behavior and poor customer service I experienced from your manager, Shelly. However, a $150 accessory gift does not excuse or negate the unprofessionalism I encountered.
