Dear Robert and Tracey,
I am a regular customer here as I own a senior home I do groceries for up to about $1500 every bi weekly I have even met you both in person. Since I do buy a load of groceries when it comes to multiple items your staff has told me to keep them in the card and let them know the count. This way we both end keep the process efficient and saves time. Today me and my sister who did one round for about $400+ and came on the second round almost close to $800 we faced this for the first time.
There was a girl may be a supervisor who came stood by the cashier and asked us to put everything on the conveyor. I am very sure that she was profiling us. I told her that I make sure that I pay and ensure my counts are 100% and the reason was one was asked by the staff before so the process is faster. I understand there is a lot of shop lifting that happens but it looked to me that she was having profiled me. This was disappointing If I had another no fills close to
My home I would have moved away from the store as a customer.
The day today is 19th Saturday October I started my grocery at 7.20 and finished at 9 and you may be able to find who this girl is. The way she treats people she probably should be more aware who she should be more careful of. Not your gold customers. Dinal

Good prices. Parking lot is extremely small to support such an important grocery store. Store is quite small with narrow aisles.

Terrible Service at Checkout - Avoid During Peak Hours
Visited No Frills during peak hours, and the experience was beyond frustrating. Only 3 cashiers were open, trying (and failing) to manage a massive crowd. The lines were ridiculously long, and there was no sense of urgency or organization from the staff.
To make matters worse, the self-checkout was a complete joke. You can’t even take a shopping cart into the area! What’s the point of having self-checkout if it’s that inconvenient? It feels like the store’s policies are designed to make things harder for customers, not easier.

I regularly shop at no frills - almost every alternate day but was both surprised and disappointed today when I was meted out the treatment that I got. The cashier was a young girl who didn’t greet me or ask me whether I needed a bag /s. The person who came after me was greeted nicely, asked how his day was and also if he needed bags. The only difference was our skin color- I was not white hence the difference in behavior.

Our first and last visit was yesterday. The store was clean and well stocked, though quite dark. The staff we interacted with were friendly. However, we will never return. The reason being that we were standing in line to check out, there were two cash desks open and both were long lines of approximately five or six customers, but they were moving fairly quickly so everything seemed fine. We noticed a woman with a full trolley speak to a staff member who appeared to be a manager or supervisor, we couldn't hear what she said. But we certainly were forced to hear what the staff member shouted back at the customer. It was not a loud talking voice, it was a shout. She told the customer that she had no more staff to open more cash desks and that the lady could either stand in line with everyone else or just leave. It was embarrassing for us to witness and I can only imagine the embarrassment felt by the customer. She left, which was the only option that made sense to us. To see that altercation was disgraceful and no matter how good the store is otherwise we will never return. I could not cope with that level of conflict again. If she had shouted at me I would have found it impossible to deal with. It was a disgrace.

Great location. Very accessible. Lots of parking. They’re good in the store. Most of the time they have what you need. I find sometimes they run out of flyer products too quickly. But it’s like any other no frills.

Selling spoiled coconut for 1.99. This is a very bad experience and 9 out of 10 times we end up getting a spoiled one. I hope grocery stores focus on quality instead of profits or atleast reflect the price in line with your quality of the product
