Ricki's summer collection is a must-check on your next visit to Whiteoaks mall.
A very warm and welcoming atmosphere is what you encounter the minute you set foot in this place...Shellie was very helpful, friendly and kept making sure that everything was going well.
Musu was very nice and helpful as well.

I really enjoy the clothes that I have purchased over the years, some more then others. The people who work there are great. But I was alittle disappointed by the new return policy of sale items. Because if I buy something for someone as a gift that’s sale like I did at Christmas she wouldn’t have able to return it. I know there are people who take it to far but for the most of the shoppers I think there decent.

The staff at the London White Oaks location know the meaning of customer service! They are friendly and oh so helpful. Checking online and all London stores for a size for me. They immediately let you know they see you but don't overpower the shopping experience. BEST GROUP EVER! It's like shopping with my girl friends!
