The Hyde park Rexall has an employee that stands out from all. Lynn as the pharmacy tech assistant is an 11 out of 10. Her caring nature, knowledge of products and the people is outstanding. We often hear negative comments when things don’t go right but had to take a moment to commend this exceptional employee.

Fantastic staff - time after time. And people give 1-2 stars because the person was “short” on the phone?! Hilarious…
Anyway, I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years and the pharmacists as well as cash staff are helpful and pleasant each time. Ignore the Karens.
