Great store. I'm shocked to see some people give a lower score. The store is very clean and has great selection. Prices are good, and the products are very fresh. It's my goto for grocery stores.

My experience so far was ok. However, the last couple of times have not been good. If you encounter issues while paying (regardless if it is with a cashier or self checkout) their response is : is your card, there is nothing we can do. So you can't purchase groceries if you do not possess another type of payment. The irony is that I returned 20 min later and tried to buy something else and my card worked in another terminal. Interesting.... So my card works yet they keep telling me that is my card the real issue. If I were the manager I would get an expert to check their terminals as this issue keeps coming back over and over and no "Real" solution is given to us the consumer.

It's your generic super store.
However, there were few little things that made it stressful.
The parking lot spots are narrow. The self check out machines need an assistant every few seconds.
The now standard Loblaws guard rails are just not welcoming.
Other than that the store is clean and has your standard groceries.

Was @ Great Canadian superstore oakridge london ont location this morning and they did not have club house chili powder stocked with many other items not stocked

I was disappointed to find that some items on their shelves were past their expiration dates. This is a serious concern, as it poses a health risk to customers. I hope the store will take action to ensure all products are properly checked and removed if expired. Photo was taken on Oct 10,2024

Why isn't there a Nestle, Nescafe, Nespresso, KitKat display in the lobby (Or anywhere) -- Because the whole Superstore is far too small for a specific Nestle monopoly marketing display. ?. Ha, ha ‼️
Non-Nestle Folgers instant coffee deserves a location. ?

BIG THANK YOU to the store manager of this location on oxford and hyde park - THANK YOU KEN!!! I was looking for a supplement for UTIs that I could not find anywhere and no where to be found on amazon. I have a disability and its hard for me to leave my house so I checked the superstore website and it said the product was low in stock. I wanted to call and see if it was in stock before I drove all the way there as I have a bladder condition and travelling is very hard for me. I called and spoke to the store manager Ken (I was in a lot of physical pain and asked if he could help me find out if this location had the product) He was SO KIND he went to the floor himself and finally we found the product. He did a search for as well with the product number on the computer and he is the best. REAL CANADIAN SUPERSTORE IS AWESOME GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!
