Best tech place in London. I've had two phones repaired here, one was years and years old, I had no courage of it ever working again and THEY DID IT, AND FOR CHEAP. And the second one recently.I went to my local tech shop, they said my phone screen would cost $160+ to be repaired. Raztech did it for $130 and even gave me a small discount.I cannot stress enough how crazy good this place is. As far as I can assume, it's a family owned buisness, and I guess that's what makes them so kind and wonderful.Always get a second opinion on any tech problems, especially repairs here. 10/10 :)

Best place in London, ON I have found for cell phones repairing! My Motorola was affected by water and needed its screen changed due to a previous damage. Not only that the repair costs were affordable to me, but also Raza's quality of customer service was remarkable. Also, a great guy.

Best place for apple repairs in the city! Excellent customer service, reliable technicians and they have many services/products available. We’ve had a watch, iPhone screen and iPad repaired and we’ve been happy with the work.

I found them in the phone directory and decided to drop by and give them a look. I purchased two cell phones in one week. One of the phones was a little out of my price range however they did some hunting and were able to meet my budget complete with a 60-day warranty. Thanks for the help Raz and Fatima. I look forward to seeing you again. Oh yeah I bought a case there as well. Thanks again

This is certainly the worst place to bring your electronics. Firstly i walked into the place during a heated argument between the owner and a customer who was picking up a speaker they could not repair. They kept his money and wouldnt provide a refund. Now....to m issue. I brought a phone in for water damage repair. They kept my phone for three weeks and then said they couldn't repair it. They sent me a text telling me to pick it up and if I didn't within two weeks they would keep it for parts. I went two days later to pick it up and it wasn't even assembled. I had to take it to Mobile Klinic and have it assembled at my cost.

My old Motorola E5 Play seemed hopelessly unresponsive.I couldn't get even an indication that it would work by plugging it in: it was just dead. So I thought I'd give Raztech a shot at repair or buy a new phone.The owner took a look at the phone, plugged it in and pushed a few buttons and it lit right up. I was quite surprised. I asked if it might work?He said it's just fine and that I didn't need a new phone. He said "this one should last a few more years". I was very happy and then tried to pay for the service to which he said "no charge". I again tried to pay him but he said "no thanks - it was easy"I find that fairly unusual and very rare these days. I can't tell you how much it was appreciated. I'll be back for anything cellphone, laptop or tablet related.Shukran Shukran Raz; Thank you so much

The owner is very friendly and replaced the back on my phone and did a great job. I have gone in a few times since and he is always very helpful and polite. I definitely recommend this shop
