Took my whole OW cheque. I was a customer for years with no issues, however the last cheque I cashed bounced and I would have had no issues to pay this back in installments because I don't get much money. The main guy told me the bad news.... I owe $300 and he's taking my whole cheque of $300. The good news he claimed was he was waiving the administration fee of $50 because I've been a customer for so long. I left in tears with $0. I have no issues to pay back debts I just wish I had the option to pay in installments. I was flabbergasted at how heartless and untrusting he was, so I left and will no longer be a customer.
