I have bought a few fireplaces from Porky’s and they are fantastic to deal with. I had some installation questions and they had their tech Alex call me to help out. They are very professional and helpful in every way. Their great customer service keeps going after the sale. Great job !

We had the service tech come and replace our cover and lifter. He did an awesome job on a very cold day. Very professional and left the hot tub looking like brand new. Very fast and efficient and even filled the holes from our previous cover lifter. Definitely an A+ job.
