First time shopping here, I bought a brand new 5lb tub of protein from here that was “sealed” with plastic. However once I got it home it became evident that not only was the plastic on the outside not sealed properly the top seal on the inside was missing as well as the scoop. Disgusted that an opened product that I’m guessing was returned was put back on the floor. Staff should be more thorough when processing returns. Hopefully they will give a refund when I go back tomorrow. Will not be shopping here again.

I was greeted when I entered the store. The cashier was very friendly, was able to answer my questions about ready-made protein drinks, and told me about a new snack product they'd just gotten in and how delicious it was - so of course I had to buy one to try!The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I love going to this store.

Ordered online from the store. Item showed available online but was out of stock at the store so there was a short delay fulfilling the order. Spoke with staff at the store who went above and beyond to rectify the problem and get the item ASAP which resulted in a very shorter delay for delivery than normal. I will absolutely look to Popeye’s for more purchases in the future.

Amazing service. I’ve been here twice so far. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve tried Dymatize gourmet chocolate tastes pretty good. And now when they had buy one get one 50% off I got the biox chocolate whey isolate and the Dymatize gourmet vanilla. Haven’t tried the vanilla yet but the chocolate one tastes great. I do have it with water. I’m pretty sure it’d taste great with almond milk as well. They gave me a free shaker as well. They have a great return policy and exchange policy as well. I haven’t felt the need to return or exchange anything yet. They may seem pricey but you’re getting way more servings. It’s ideal if you consume protein shakes daily

Great customer service, called right after I ordered to let me know the flavor I requested was out of stock and let me know what was available. Also let me know the package I would receive was a bit damaged but seal and product quality was unaffected. Will most definitely use Popeye's from now on ??

I also felt the staff was unprofessional and ignorant. Normally I have always had great experiences here. However on my last visit I waited 27 minutes in line only for the staff member to help the man waiting behind me, not sure what they have against helping women, but definitely wasn’t a good feeling. I asked for the manger to call me, however as of now they have not. If they do, I will definitely update this review.

Staff are absolutely wonderful, helpful and very knowledgeable! Always a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere, a fantastic place I've been frequenting for years. Can't recommend enough!
