Today I checked the website of the gas station posted on website regular gas price is $131and when reached to the gas station the actual price was $140,9As from the customer service boy inside the store he was very rude and tell no idea about the website the owner do it to attract customers then on further discussion he said make a complaint or call customer service further he said I received so many complaints like this it's an unfair gas station

I called to ask how much the gas was tonight and was told it’s policy not to tell the customer and that Jack the manager instructs his employees not to tell people how much it is. What’s the big secret Jack? Why wouldn’t you want to provide info to your customers? Well you’ve just lost a customer.

Man last time i came the price was way different than what it says here and whenever i call asking about the price they say we can’t tell you over the phone i understand but at least fix it i can’t just drive all the way and find out the prices don’t match otherwise at least let me know when i call and ask

I've been buying my gas here for years, they usually have the best price in town. Today however, while the price here was 161.6 the price at another pioneer (huron&highbury) was 151.9!?! This made a difference of $4.79 on my fill-up and was worth the drive across town for the savings. What confounds me is why is there a difference of almost 10 cents/litre between two stations owned by the same company in the same city???
Side note... I also find the liquid in the window squeegee stations is almost always disgustingly dirty, totally useless to try to clean my windows with :(

The owner apparently loves to rip people off, everyone knows the price of gas was going up April 1st. Imagine my surprise when on my way home I noticed gas was actually cheaper today then on Sunday. Good job gouging people the day before the Government screwed over everyone.
That was the last time you get my money, enjoy it.

I was here to feel gas..I was paying him $30 cash but in $2 coins ..person told me he can not take it…and very rude behaviour….i don’t knw the name of person but he was working on 23th March 2024 at 5:00 pm.

Very very bad attitude and customer services I called in to ask about something and this guy says that I have to come to the store and shuts the phone in my face very very rude this guy can’t be working in a place like this the call was June/25 at 11:05PM
