“Several months ago we changed for convenience from our previous pharmacy to Thames Valley Pharmacy as it is located in the same medical building as our physician. Best decision ever! We receive excellent, personalized care at every visit. An error was detected by the pharmacist in one of my prescriptions and the pharmacist resolved it with the ordering physician. The pharmacist has worked to create a very helpful system that keeps different prescriptions available at one pickup. The last previous three times that I called to refill, the orders were already anticipated and available for pickup. In addition to excellent professional service, we always receive friendly, helpful and prompt service.”

“I visited today for a "minor ailment" appointment. The pharmacist was punctual, knowledgeable, and helpful. I appreciated that he reminded me about some side effects of the medication.
While I was waiting for my prescription to be filled, a gentleman approached the counter with a concern that seemed to confuse the pharmacy tech and wasn't related to the pharmacy at all. Instead of simply saying "this isn't for us," she actually went out of her way to find someone who could communicate with him. That said to me that this pharmacy is staffed by people who genuinely care about people, even when it's "not their job." Moreover, the pharmacy is not so understaffed and overworked that it was actually an OPTION to try to help him! Shoppers could never!!!”

“You must start filling your prescriptions here and make it your home pharmacy!!! I moved into the building beside my care pharmacy 13 years ago and decided to make them my pharmacy because I found it convenient and I was lazy. Honestly it was the best decision I ever made. Nina and now her daughter are genuinely the most caring people ever. They already have me as a regular and still they go the extra mile till now. Nina has literally called me to check up on me after starting new medications and being worried about me. She will call me and remind me to pick up my regular scheduled meds and she’s very organized. If you want to feel safe and have that extra support, I highly recommend you do all things prescription through my care pharmacy. I get why they called their pharmacy that, they truly care! I now live further away and though I’m lazy, I will not give up Nina’s pharmacy no matter what. True story, I lived in Toronto a bit for work and I still drove to my care pharmacy 2 hours to get my medication. If you need pharmacists that understand medication, health, are thorough and will go that extra step, you need to only get your prescriptions filled here. I have literally brought all my family and friends over to my care and they are all really happy. You are truly truly in good hands if you are with nina and her daughter.”

I appreciate the fact they are an independent store, as the customer service is much more personalized that Shopper's or Rexall, the big chains. The front store is also a well-kept, well stocked store with a wide range of products.
Frankly, I find the big chains such as Shopper's usually unhelpful and discourteous, and poorly solution oriented to specific patient needs.
However, the excellent pharmacists and staff at this CDS location are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to one's needs. Being in the medical profession myself, I understand how important servicing and managing patients can be, and the CDS pharmacy insures that they provide the best customer service and assistance to each and every customer/patient they have. I would highly recommend CDS Pharmacy in North London.”
