Sent in a watch for a battery. Was told old battery leaked and destroyed movement. They could fix it for $60. Threw it in garbage. Sent in a second watch for battery, same story. So I suspected it wasn't true. Brought it to people's $10 later watch was ticking away. To make sure I sent in a third watch that worked fine. Was told same story-battery leaked but they could fix it for $60. I wouldn't let these guys put a battery in a Timex.

Took in my watch for a new battery and band quick service and I've taken a couple other watches to have battery replaced. Wouldn't go anywhere else and tell all my friends about this store and service.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Extremely friendly and timely advice and service. If you are in need of any service of your high end watches or jewelry, these two brothers are your guys.
Stopped in to have my watch band adjusted ever so slightly, and having a trustworthy and knowledgeable person to work on your items is really important.
These guys at Pfaff's Jewelery are amazing check them out!

I went in there today with a problem with my Timex watch and tried to get a cost for repairs. The person behind the counter took my watch and work on it for a little while. When they brought it back they described the issue and what they did to fix it. As I asked what the price was for the fix they were gracious to tell me that it was a small fix and they'd look forward to me coming back for a band or battery replacement next time. My cheap Timex isn't nearly as fancy as the watches they have in here, but I'll be back again because it seems like they really want to help people, including 'small' customers like me.

From Yorkton, Saskatchewan, visiting my parents. He repaired the little second hand in 3 days. Done it in a day and other two made sure it worked. Very smart. Very professional. I'll be back and will recommend it to family and friends.
