We brought our dog in to get groomed and Mary charged us an additional $35 for having to brush our dog because he had mats, which I don't believe as we regularly brush our dog. She also tried to up sell us on a different package which I didn't appreciate. We've brought our dog in many times to petsmart so we know what we like to get. We've decided after this experience that we won't be returning.

Called the store ahead of time. Just to double-check, they had the type of food I needed for my dog. They said they did. When I got there. There was only one staff member at the front till not another staff member could be found. They didn't have the product I had originally asked about and they didn't even have any comparable foods. Not really upset or anything. Just a huge inconvenience to my day

A big shout out to Alyssa at Petsmart on Wellington rd for her knowledge in pet training. My dog Phoebe just loves here, she gets excited as soon as we pull in the parking lot. She has helped me so much with my puppy. I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done. If your looking for dog training I highly recommend her.
