Went to buy fish and aquarium sand. instead got a 10 minute lecture on how to care for fish (I have a 20 gallon & 5 gallon tank and have been in tho hobby for a bit now) and bought no fish or sand ??

The grooming staff are very friendly that is for sure. But it was only my second time getting my do grooming there and the first time it look ok and This time looked even worse unfortunately nothing looks even there was still tangles on my dogs ears. I might try one more time because the staff is friendly but truthfully I'm not a dog groomer and I could of probably done a bit better then what I paid for.

Was in there this morning doing instacart, my card acted up and the young girl cashier and young man helped me so much , it was so frustrating but they helped so much thank u , I wish I’d gotten their names

I used to love this store. Have spent a lot here. Sometimes I shop online and sometimes in store. Normally have no issues with returns with out without receipt. Tried to do an exchange without . Petsmart shows online that exchange or credit will happen without receipt and has been my experience. But I was refused a direct exchange. Product for same of different flavor. Another store helped me no problem. Shame as I will no longer use this location.

This Petsmart is amazing! It has an excellent selection of products, friendly staff, a pleasant environment and a great grooming salon. I highly recommend it!

I had bought a bag of food for my dog and when i got it home it was moldey. They have a great Manager at the Petsmart at Huron AND Highbury she went above and beyond to fix the problem, . if more Managers were like her there would neber have a problem.. Thank you so so much for the help.Great Manager and store... 3 stars for sure

Not happy with this store. We went in to exchange some cat food and got turned away without receipt from online order. Other store helped us and even looked up order . There was no problem before even without receipt and online petsmart policies say an exchange without receipt is fine. I used to shop only at this store. Not any more. They helped before but being turned away was an insult.

I came to the front looking for senior wet food multi pack as I only seen wet food multi packs for 1-6 years.
Staff were super helpful and let me create a multi pack for the price of multi pack for 1-6 years.
I have been going here for 10 + years for my pet essentials I have never left without the wow factor staff going out of their way to be kind and helpful. Pets are expensive for Haley to go back check the shelves and do that for me was remarkable.

Groomers are great with my puppy. He always gets wonderful service. They are so friendly in the grooming salon. Store staff are always helpful and friendly.

Worst customer service for this branch. Racist staff. I ask an assistance for live fish but i was ignored told me give them a minute but been waiting for half an hour but no one attended the cashier sees me waiting but because I’m Asian i was just ignored.
