What kind of self respecting pet store sells you a canary for 130$ and doesn't know what the gender is? Any random breeder on Kijiji selling them for 40-50$ knows the gender. Do better.

I brought my Lab in for a Pawdicure on Friday August 30th at 5:30pm. The Wonderland road south location has a happy hour special from 5pm to 6pm for walk-ins, when we went into the grooming department we were told that they were busy and to come back tomorrow.
What’s the point of advertising that appointments are not required and you can walk-in for a pawdicure if you won’t take walk-ins.
There were two dogs being groomed at the time with nobody else waiting.
This was the first time going back to petsmart in 5 years, needless to say I won’t be going back.

We had our puppy groomed at this Petsmart by Celina. She did an amazing job on cut, wash, nail trim, teeth brushing and even got a cute Disney bandana on him. I didn’t have cash to appreciate her hard work & tip her and Celina wasn’t avarice or anything like other associates I have known and all she said was, “your thought counts”. Such a sweet person - a definite asset at Petsmart. I can tell she’s passionate at what she does!!

I have a 17 year old dog who is difficult to groom, and several groomers refused to groom her...Then I came here and met Laura, who not only did a terrific job grooming Coco she also offered to groom her from now on which was a huge relief for me! And Coco was so happy after her haircut she was running around like a puppy! Thanks again Laura you really made our day!!!

Love this pet smart, such friendly staff and super clean store, I've been here for my cat, dog, fish, snails and have never been disappointed. The staff are very knowledgeable and those that aren't up to speed in a specific department can find you someone who is in no time. I highly recommend this place. Great job everyone

I called the grooming department to ask to have an appointment to have my cats nail trimmed. Person hung up on my. Being a nice person I thought oooppps we got disconnected. So I called back, explained we must have gotten disconnected and was calling back to have my cats nails trimmed. She mentioned they don't do cats nails at that location. I did question this as less the 2 months ago did take my camera their to get his nails cut. And she tried to tell me I didn't. Instead of just stating we don't do them at this location any more. Just simple honest communication. Simple.

Pet grooming services staff has amazing customer service skills! I took my dog there and they were very accommodating with me and they did an amazing job with his grooming package! Money well spent.

Selena is amazing at grooming, she takes the time to listen to what you want, and really gets to know the dog. She is gentle and calm and does 10\10 at her job! She really loves what she does, and I trust her 100% when my puppy Oakley is there with her:)

Absolutely terrible floor staff. Make you wait a long time then they are very rude. Went to two different pet stores and told them our experience after they recommended pet smart and they said they have heard of similar experiences and that the staff are not welcoming. We decided to check out the pet smart on wellington road. There was two staff members in our area and not one approached us.
Will not be returning to any pet smart.
