I was wedding dress shopping the other weekend and Petrov was my first stop! Christine was absolutely amazing and it was a great experience for myself and my 3 family members that came with me!

A true Cinderella experience!
After shopping at over 10 stores, my best experience was at Petrov. The boutique has a lovely atmosphere, from the elegant design to the accommodating and knowledgeable staff... but lets talk about the dresses! Petrov carries the designers that you see on Pinterest and can't find anywhere else. That's what got me there from over 2h away! I chose a Haley Paige dress and I could not be happier with it! If you've looked around for dresses and you are beginning to think they all look the same, you need to get to Petrov!

Christine, your response to my review includes false comments. This is simply not true "... you had been at another store prior, that you had eliminated a lot from that list." I shared the styles that I was enjoying at the other store but stated that I was still very much open to exploring other styles. I showed you my pinterest board that has about 50 dresses of various styles on it, many of which matching the different details indicated in your intake form.
This is also not true "The few options that I did offer did not meet your vision". You showed me two dresses on the rack. One you informed me was a sample and could not be ordered in another size so clearly that wasn't going to work for me. The second you showed me I indicated I didn't like the shiny material. At both other stores I went to, I was able to provide feedback on what I did/didn't like about a variety of dresses and still have them provide other options. I would have done the same thing at the appointment I booked with you had I felt that you wanted us to be there - which I did not. You did not offer an energy of wanting to help. We felt like an inconvenience.
Had you simply not had the dresses I was interested in, I would have felt no need to leave a review. It was the atmosphere you created when we arrived and throughout the appointment that was disappointing and upsetting to our group. I encourage you to reflect on the comments left on this page by myself any others who have had similar experiences, and consider being more mindful of the importance of these appointments for your customers and treat everyone with kindness and an open mind.

Christine at Petrov offers such a comfortable, personable experience while finding a dress. She listens to what the bride wants and carries the most beautiful dresses. 100% will recommend Petrov to my friends and family.

Christine, the owner of Petrov is amazing. I had an idea of what I wanted and while we tried on a few styles, she threw a suggestion into the mix to ensure I wasn't missing any possible silhouettes I may like. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing a gown she actually chose for me. With guidance, support, and such a loving disposition, she made dress shopping so memorable and special. I would recommend Christine time and time again. Absolutely fantastic customer service, knowledge, and just such a caring wonderful lady. Thank you so much!

You absolutely fall in love with Christine. She is like a motherly figure. She's very honest priced very fair I went there with a certain budget. I thought I could only afford one but she made my dream come true when I ended up with 2 dresses. She was very honest about what I would take to. Alter the dresses. She made my dream come true and I absolutely love her. I've even recommended a friend who came and purchased her dream dress for an amazing price. Her botique is so cute. Has a fabulous seating area in a beautiful room with him Has a fabulous seating area and a beautiful room To try on dresses with a silk robe. Big mirrors. The best part is when you say yes to the dress. She comes out with the best champagne you will ever taste. I feel like I've known Christine. My whole life, she is just amazing. I would recommend her to anyone I know is getting married. I promise you you don't want to look over this place.

Petrov was my third stop on my dress hunt, there are beautiful unique styles here I had been searching for that the other stores just didn’t have. I am beyond obsessed with my dress and Christine provided a great experience. I will 10/10 be recommending Petrov to anyone starting their dress journey. Best bridal boutique in London and area hands down!! Christine gave champagne upon saying yes as well as a cute little gift bag. Such a thoughtful touch. Cannot wait u til my dress comes in so I can go back!!

Christine is the BEST! She made finding a dress so easy and not stressful at all. I had gone to 4 other dress stores prior to coming to Petrov and my experience here far exceeded all of the others.
Christine was so welcoming, pleasant and professional. She went above and beyond pulling dresses along the lines of what I was looking for and made the best suggestions. I never once felt pressured into buying a dress, and she really wants you to find a dress you love. I ended up buying my dress here, and I am so glad I did!
My dress came in last week and I went to try it on and it came in perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of it.
I would recommend bridal gown shopping at Petrov over and over again!

Highly recommend visiting Petrov during your dress hunting process. Petrov provides a personal experience for the bride and guests. The environment is clean, welcoming, and tastefully decorated. Christine is a pleasure to work with and provides valuable knowledge. I loved every dress I tried on and immediately knew that I would be choosing a dress from Petrov. Christine also stayed past closing because I was still trying on dresses and deciding which to say yes to the dress to. She didn’t want to rush my choice and patiently helped every step of the way. Such a beautiful space. Wonderful atmosphere and Christine was so helpful. If I could give her a 6 star I would. Not pushy at all, best experience I've ever had at a bridal shop...even though I'm not the bride but the future mother in law! Highly recommend.

I don’t even know where to start. From the moment we walked into the boutique, Christine was welcoming and nurturing and so ready to help. I was initially feeling down as I did not have any luck with dresses before visiting Petrov and I felt as though I’ll never find a dress that suits me. Christine was attentive to everything I said, and she only pulled out dresses based on the vague descriptions that I gave her. Within the hour that I was there, I found the dress that I fell in love with.I could go on and on about how incredibly comfortable, heard, and welcomed I felt. I would recommend this boutique to anybody who is on their journey to find their dress. The selection of dresses is beautiful, the service is incredible - and I could not be more grateful!
