Worst and unprofessional customer service.The worst and poor customer service which I have experienced so far in Canada. How could a person be so arrogant and reluctant when a customer is telling their concerns.I know how Petro Canada is trying to make their customers happy inspite of the cyber security issues they are facing at present. I have this season pass - Car wash for 6 months, paying approx. $ 385. Ever since the security issue, I usually drive to a PC gas station, the associate note my car and personal details and redeem my wash and I call the Airserve (if i am not wrong) for a vacuum.But this guy in this store, Ashish, was just arrogant and no matter, he was not even to ready to listen to what I wanted to say. Truly arrogant !.. And he is trying to convince me of the latest offer for car wash - 40% off when I am trying to explain I have paid for 6 months already.Perfect example of how a customer service should not be and how a sales associate should not behave!..

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE.a) the wash actually leaves soap all over your car.b) the vacuums don’t work and good luck trying to get your money back from the gas station. You’re gambling every time you use the vacuums here. Even though the vacuums are on their property they will not give you your money back they tell you to call the number on the vacuums and you fend for yourself.Would give a zero stars if I could.

Went for a car wash, noticed that after the wash my front windshield has a huge Crack. Reported to their store and got a call 48 hours later that they have denied my claim since their is no way for them to know what was the condition of my windshield, despite clearly seeing in the video that my car entered without a Crack and came out of the wash with a Crack on windshield. I see in the comments that others have had similar issues and they have denied all through. Please avoid these swindlers

One of the guys working there at night must have hearing or comprehension problems. In 16 years of buying lottery tickets, I've never gotten encore. I always ask no encore when I get one lottomax and one 649. So of course, the guy gets me encore on both and says I didn't tell him.I said check the cameras. Then he gets passive aggressive about it and says "that's ok, it's fine". No it wasn't. And then he says, "I took care of it", as if he was doing me a favour? Ok. I don't think he has what it takes to work in customer service if he can't handle a simple problem like that.

Yesterday ie, December 26th,2021 I went to wash my car at Petro Canada car wash center at Highbury-Fanshaw park road and after my car wash, I noticed my front windshield is broken and I reported the incident immediately to the person in charge and she told me she will inform this to her manager and will resolve in 24 hours. Today I got a call from the manager stating my claim was denied and the reason told was -no truck was washed before my car wash and there was no chance for breaking the glass- I requested him to check the video before and after the entry to the car wash but he denied and abused and threatened me. Please dont take Petro Canada wash wash- its breaks your car glasses and wont clean properly

Worst car wash ever, right side of the car is full of soap after the wash, if you repeat wash, it's still same, it's been like that for months now, management is not interested to fix it or they don't know, waste of money!!
