I usually love penningtons, I've worked for reitmans and smart set in the past. Tonight, 2 older women gave me possibly the worst customer service I've ever received. When I went into the change room she was so incredibly rude to me, I was shocked. I was ready to drop $200 on an outfit for a summer wedding, but I certainly won't be back.

*this review is on behalf on my grandmother if management would get in contact with her please contact me* she had a horrible experience at this location, she went in three times over the course of a week to find the new active zone collection that was going on sale. Each time she was met with unresponsive staff and hostility when she was looking to make a large purchase. She has a walker and is a former managment for the company from the 1990s to mid 2000s. That being said obviously they wouldn’t know she is a former employee, but none the less she should have been met with welcoming supportive staff. She ended up ordering online for in store pick up but even when she went to pick her order there was no employee in sight. She did luckily find a girl at the back doing panties, she has a walker and that amount of walking is difficult for her. There was three other shoppers it’s just sad. She loves the brand and wants this to be made right, although the girl who helped her pick up her order was sweet she would’ve loved to have a personal experience with the staff.
