  Management needs to clean this place up. Does the jewelry come with the dust and hairs or is that an extra charge?? The guy that tried to help me was terrible too, didn't know anything about the products and was very unprofessional during our interaction. I won't be back here

  Terrible customer service experience. The short guy with glasses and noticeable bad BO, seemed completely disorganized. He didn't know if items were in stock and kept asking others to assist. To top it off, the store didn't honor their advertised promotion of a free bracelet. Extremely disappointing!

  I just went to pandora store located in Masonville mall few minutes ago.I just ask for some normal questions which we do while purchasing stuff.The girl serving there on counter was so rude. She didn’t attend me as a customer.She was taking white people politely and showing aggression towards me.I felt what I did wrong.
