I Took my cuckoo clock in to be repaired that hadn’t worked in 38 years as my son when he was two pulled a pine cone just after my mom had got it fixed any hasn’t worked since then so I’m very very pleased. Very pleasant people highly recommend them.

I just spoke to the lady on the phone she gave me some great info on my grandfather wall clock I just purchased from somewhere else. If the info that she gave me doesn’t fix my issue I will definitely go to them to get it fixed. Thank you

I have a very old &sentimental clock. I almost didn't recognize it when I picked it up. It is beautiful! Works perfectly. Mr. Buchenthal was kind & patient explaining how it hang, maintain and how it works!10000% recommend
