Called them for a tire repair and they were able to get me in right away. Also did a couple other small repairs I asked for. Got out in good time with a very reasonable bill. Would recommend.

I tried to call the Clarke rd location this afternoon to have my tires re-torqued. I was put on hold for 15 minutes so, frustrated, I decided to hang up and call back. The phone was answered immediately and so I asked why I was just put and left on hold for 15 minutes. Owen, the employee who answered the phone, said verbatim, "oh well what can I help you with". In my frustration, I asked why I was put and left on hold and how dissatisfactory Owen's response was to receive in so unapologetic and dismissive a tone. Owen responded, verbatim, "what can I help you with"Is this the caliber of customer service one is to expect nowadays? I've worked customer service for over 10 years and I have my bad days but that negligent and dismissive response is frankly insulting. This isn't the first time I've received exceptionally abyssmal customer service at this location and my goodness I hope someone in management sees this review provides some coaching. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.Embarassing.

The staff are all very professional in their work, with a casual attitude outside the appointment bookings. They have an interest in my project car and have helped me get tires that fit. For the wheelchair van, they maintain. New brakes all around weren't cheap, but were ordered and arrived within a day and the work was finished by the next morning. OKtire maintained mom's car (dog driving) for years. They give you a lift home and pick up if you need a lift. Even a loaner car if there's stuff to get done. Owners change but the staff up front and the technicians have been working there for years. Honesty, integrity, experience, patience... OKtire has all that.

I was so pleasantly surprised. I've only gone here for seasonal tire swaps, but the service is excellent and really stands out in our modern world of less and less service.Al was finishing up with a senior customer before me, and I was impressed by how patient and polite he was with her. The boys doing the tire swap were super helpful and let me take photos of my brake rotors for my mechanic while the vehicle was hoisted, and they even tried to put on my replacement wiper blades but since I have a VW, the ones I'd bought wouldn't work; and a 3rd gentleman came over to explain that I'd likely have to get them from the dealership, but he also recommended another place to try. All of this to say, that it felt like I stepped back in time to a more courteous time and place. The politeness and helpfulness of these fellas absolutely made my day. Thank you!

Told me to drive all the way to london then lied saying he said he didn’t. Terrible costumer service cashier was rude and unwilling to work towards a solution we both can enjoy. Needs people who actually know business. Edit: it was definitely the right store you guys are clowns ? hire new staff to run the office or close it down and save everyone time.

I have been using this location since 1996. Laurie has been wonderful to deal with.But the last few years have diminished it appears customer focus and more focus on fleet work or just overworked has lead to unpersonable interactions.I went in today to have my seasonal tire swap and was told I was expected for April 3, 2023 rather than the discussed Easter Monday I had asked for. The gentleman was quick to say I was at fault rather than accept the error they made.I will not return with my business and tell my friends whom I have sent there to go elsewhere.Services: Wheel alignment

Had to get an inspection done and couldn't get an appointment anywhere. These guys were also booked but when I explained my problem they made an extra effort to squeeze me in. Super respectful and knowledgeable. Place has a nice waiting room with coffee etc.

Pretty reasonably priced & great customer service! I had a cracked serpentine belt that needed replacing & the good folks at OK Tire did a great job of replacing it within an hour and booked me in the very same day I called them! Will definitely be coming back here for my car needs!
