**** DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER ****
There's a reason there's so many terrible reviews on this company. Don't waste your time and money. Internet regularly goes out and they don't do anything about it or respond. Was on the phone with the owner yesterday with them (friday) and they told me it'd be 5-10 mins before my internet is back on. It's Saturday now and I called again and am being told it'll be til Monday til I get my internet on, and they double charged my card. They are such a terrible service and not worth the few dollars in savings I promise you.

A toothless provider of Bell internet. While there are plenty of Bell providers, Odynet is one of the cheapest ones and you get what you pay for. The combination of Bell's crumbling infrastructure, Odynet's lowest priority for services, and the Canadian winters makes a perfect combination for headaches. When things work you rarely get the advertised speeds and when it goes down you'll get the lowest priority from the Bell technicians. So, be prepared to work through the entire week on your phone's hotspot.
It's not a reliable service especially during winters. It's only going to get worse because Bell's financials have been poor and they're attempting to hobble along with their crumbling infrastructure.
If you can, go with a Rogers provider (such as TekSavvy) who provide much more reliable service for a slightly higher price point. Unfortunately, my old house can only accommodate DSL phone lines so I'm stuck with Bell. Calling Bell technical support is of no help because Odynet is the lowest priority for Bell. I've been topping up my phone's data plan and I doubt Odynet will reimburse me on that. It's just not worth it especially if you work from home and you need something reliable.

Sucks. The wifi sometimes goes out for two days at a time and now its only becoming a regular occurrence. Called and the person I was on the phone with was rude and didn't seem to care and said there's nothing he can do. don't waste your time

These guys turn off my service even though I am paid up and it's not the first time,time to cut out,I dont see why I have prove to them that I paid,it's very disrespectful.

I had Odynet for 8 yrs and any problems, and there were FEW, were fixed immediately!! The best service EVER!! I'm in a situation where internet is included but if I ever need an internet provider again, it WILL be Odynet! Thank you Odynet for the BEST!

worst customer service I have ever experienced with an ISP.The equipment they provide is of the lowest quality. They refused to provide better equipment that allows you to monitor devices on the network and prevent outages for unknown reasons. Outages happen daily and they continue to blame me. Today their web site it not accessible at ody.ca or on facebook, and service is down. No communications from them about this at all. Their hours of operation do not consider that people need this service to work.

Worst internet provider in London. Most definitely the most unprofessional as well. Never had a business owner hang up on me twice because he was upset his company was giving me 11 mbps when I'm paying for 75. If you can provide a service you can't charge full price. Stay away from this garbage company.

Odynet has been our locally owned, rock solid ISP for 5+ years - with never an outage or any streaming issues.We also appreciate the one-on-one customer service from knowledgeable, living humans rather than AI voicemails.
