Would not recommend this location.Short guy with the bald head and glasses didn't catch his name was extremely rude.Then they tried to sell me 2 used tanks to to reclaim refrigerant In.And to pay a $160 each to own those 2 used damaged tanks.I run a 5 star business and this is not how you should Treat customers.I suggest whoever runs this store to have a little talk with him as you will not gain my company's business ever.Imagine how many other people hes disappointed and contractors.Very poor business and I hope this review gets to the right person a person and that guy Is chatted to about how to serve customers.

My experience of delivering goods here is worst as a transportation driver, because a guy in the store refused to let me use the washroom and my delivery takes almost 2 hours to offload…. Whoever runs this business please think as if you are a driver and brought a delivery from long distance and refused to use the washroom at this place…

Management needs to look into the counter and parts guys. Everytime I'm there, I wish I went somewhere else. I've Waited more then 20 mins without someone even saying hi to me on more then once with employees walking by.Last time I was in there I had a full conversation with someone without him saying a word just shared his head. Then finally say we don't it when I know they do because I've gotten it there before. With there location being right beside 3 or 4 other hvac businesses just go somewhere else
