I always have the best experience here. This nike store doesn't have the greatest selection but the staff are always willing to order what they don't have in store for you. Better than making a trip to Toronto at least

Never been there and don't know what it's like or anything but I can already tell the anything that has the word NIKE on it then you know it's going to be good clean well taken care of with the utmost respectful and very nice and polite employees why cause NIKE knows how to JUST DO IT !!!!

Jen needs to relax. made me feel extremely uncomfortable. followed me around like I was stealing when I was handing everything off to the sales associate that was helping me. I believe her name was Rina, she was amazing. Jen clearly has 0 customer service skills. rather take my business elsewhere

Not actually a Nike store. It is very disappointing to spend hundreds of dollars at this store and have the shoes not stand up to normal wear and tear. After 7 months I went to the store to get them to deal with the warranty Nike advertises only to be told they are not actually a Nike store. What???? Every bit of signage and product shows it is Nike but apparently it is not. Then they gave me a number to call and it was the wrong number. Never buy from this store.

I've always had great experiences at this store. Customer service is the reason I keep coming back. Anytime the store doesn't have my size, they find it at another store and within a few days, I get my shoes. This time, a beauty pair of Vapormax flyknit.

You can’t return defective items to this location. Not sure why this place is different than other Nike stores but just be warned. They directed me to the Nike webpage and told me to submit warranty request there. Honestly, probably one of the worst Nike/Nike Outlet stores I have ever been to. Staff is ok but not super helpful, at least it’s not busy like stores in the GTA.
