Great experience at Napa Auto! Mike and his team are excellent with communicating required services! I went in for a general inspection of my vehicle and they provided a thorough breakdown of everything requiring service with pictures and descriptions! Overall, very lovely experience!

Had a very good experience having my car repaired here. They are organized & timely (even have a portal where photos of your car are uploaded and described in detail) and will explain everything to you thoroughly. I don’t know much about cars but was able to follow along with the repair process. Thanks everyone at NAPA!

$100 is their hourly rate so be ready for the bill! Got my car back with loose wheel lugs, hidden fees and a surprise over $300 battery swap that I DID NOT ask for. Their response, you signed and payed, too bad

I have had consistently excellent service at NAPA. Mike is lovely, always friendly and smiling. I've had a few things done at this location: seasonal tire change, oil change, front brakes, and a safety certificate. They even helped me figure out how to fix a front license plate onto my car last week. They always try to do the small things for free if possible. They always confirm the cost of the big things before they proceed, and they always try to drive me to and from my home to save me cab fair. I will definitely be back!

I recently had a car problem before work and stopped into the VIP Autopro on Wharncliffe. Mike was great! He was friendly, put me at ease, checked my car and said he'd have it fixed by lunch time, no problem. Sure enough, it was fixed on time and has been running great ever since. I had excellent customer service and would recommend them (and have) to anyone needing work done on their car. Their dependable and reliable and get the job done putting the customer at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to go back! Two thumbs up!!

I want to start out by saying previously I always have had a great experience with this garage for the last 5 years. I really enjoyed working with a few of the other guys employed there. When I pick my garage I look for an honest auto guy to do the job. I now have lost all trust in this garage and will not be returning. I went in today to have my winter tires(already on rims) put on for $30, he charged me $70 and said it was because I also needed tire balancing. I asked what this was and why I needed it. At this point he has already done the job and billed me without my consent. He said it is something that needs to be done every 2 years to stop vibrations in the tires. I have researched this and now know he was just scamming me, I did not need it. When leaving I noticed they put my summer hubcaps on my winter tires, one immediately fell off 5 mins into driving and was lost. He said they fell off because theyre the wrong size. They weren't meant for my winter tires, I bought them to fit my summer tires at the end of this summer that just passed. I didn't realise garages put them on winter tires so I didn't request them not to do that in the beginning. You would think it would be noticable they weren't the right size when installing them. Now it looks like ill need to purchase a hubcap or 4 if I cant match it. I also had asked for a quote because my wheel was making a noise, he quoted me $1,300 to replace the control arms, bar link and axle seals for both sides. I went and received a second opinion and another garage insured me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my control arms, I only needed to replace my bar link and axle seals and he would do it for $550. The guy that fixed my car the next day also let me know, they didnt even re-balanced my tires and there was a nail in one that they didnt notice when installing. So to top it off I was charged for a fee to re-balance my tires. No only did I not need this, they didnt even do. Thanks Napa on Wharncliff North, I will not be coming back.
