I have visited the Wellington/Southdale Store a couple of times. I have purchased 3 bras and am quite happy with 2 of them, both the same style. I will shop at My Top Drawer again but have to agree that one of the sales women their is somewhat pushy. Luckily for me, I am at an age and a stage where I can handle it and if need be decide to leave the store. At the time of my first purchase from in store plus an order, I was "GIVEN" a special laundry detergent to treat my bras with care. ONLY, it wasn't given to me at all, it was placed in my bag with nothing said, only to discover I was charged $12 or more dollars for it. That is not acceptable. I will choose not to deal with that specific employee any more but do not hold the other employees accountable for her actions. I hope to shop there again soon to find fun color bras that fit me well. I am glad you exist and hope for more positive experiences in the future.

Visited this location yesterday and just had an awesome experience. The fitter Tammy was wonderful and helpful for both a fitting and for helping me find some great new bras. I will be most certainly be back!

I was always a la senza and le vie en rose girl until Saturday. I never knew ive been wearing the wrong bra my entire life. The expertise of my sales clerk was insane, i learned so much and feel so much more support. I went to this location on Saturday with my mother and the lady was very perticular and patient and i ended up with the most comfortable supportive bras ive ever had. I have never been so happy with a bra. I should have gotten her name to praise her. Regardless, the other ladies seemed nice as well, I highly suggest if the generic bras aren't supporting your girls enough.

Sports bras are 250 and my clasp broke. I inquired about them fixing it and they said they would and then were rude to me Infront of a store full of customers about it.
Too expensive for it to break within weeks

I absolutely love My Top Drawer! It’s been my go-to bra-shopping destination for at least a decade. The ladies at the shop offer invaluable experience and advice in selecting the single most important staple of a woman’s wardrobe. Finding the right support is just crucial, and this shop and the ladies within have helped me with everything from swim suits to nursing bras and all the stages of life in between. I always look forward to the shopping experience here and will definitely be back! Many thanks to the team!!

Sales clerks were awesome in London. Manager or owner was not. Has told me twice to shop on Amazon not in their store. For the prices they charge I expect more. Taking her advice. Not going back to the store. Amazon awaits.

Went to this store on May 21, spent over $150 on adhesive bras for a wedding. I showed the sales associate pictures of the dress I needed the bra for and she measured me for the bra. Firstly, I was sold the glam bra instead of the diva bra that I decided on (noticed when I was looking at the receipt that it was $69.99 instead of $59.99 that sales associate originally said) and was given the bra without the box with the instructions. Went back in 10 mins later was told to “take a picture of the box”. Ended up exchanging for the right bra that I initially asked for. When I tried on the bra at home before my event, despite being recommended this bra for my dress it was several sizes too large and the entire sticky side panels of the bra as well as some of the cups were showing in the dress. Went back to the store today with receipts and the bra in the box with the sticky covers on and clean. Had bra on for less than 2 mins. The manager would not offer an exchange or any resolution besides purchasing another product, the most inexpensive being $39.99 plus tax. No exchange, no discount, no apology. Overall dealing with My Top Drawer took 3 trips to the store, spent over $150, over an hour of my time. I am left unsatisfied and with a product that I was recommended and sized for, that doesn’t fit me, and taking a last minute trip to the mall to look for another bra option. Very stressful and frustrating.

Went for a fitting for a proper fitting bra. I was measured and fitted in a matter of minutes. The staff member chose two bras and they fit perfectly! I have never been more comfortable in a bra. I was always buying the wrong size. Everyone was pleasant and very knowledgeable.

Well my wife and went looking for bras for my wife we tried quit a few stores that said they were bra people they were wrong if you want a fantastic place to take your wife to get a bra you have to go to this place the staff are fantastic the product is great and the staff actually know how to fit bras my wife is very pleased and we will be returning to purchase more after this test drive is over keep up the good work ladies

If it wasn't for Tammy I would have never shopped here. She is I would say the warmest sales associate. She makes you feel comfortable and doesn't mind how many bras you try on as long as you find that one perfect bra. She went out of her way to help me. She made me feel comfortable and understood what I was looking for. I visited the store an additional 3 times and realized the other employees were not very warm. When I was in the changing room I did hear the lady helping me whisper to another worker. I found that rude. I would shop here again only if Tammy is around to help as she is the most non judgemental employee, very respectful and truly does her job well. For the first time in my life I am wearing the right sized bras. It took me 3 visits to the store (i made exchanges and online orders). It did seem like my visits/exchanges were annoying some of the workers. When I asked for specific bras that I had tried on at a different time I was told they don't have it anymore. But when I visited the store again and asked to try the same bra on it was given to me to try on. If you are spending over 85$ on each bra you might as well buy a bra that you are completely satisfied with. I also found it rather rude that one of the employee was smelling the bra I was returning in front of my face. She could have asked me or gone in the back to thoroughly check the bra. I suggest taking a nice fitting shirt with you to try on top of the bras just so you can see how your bust looks in your favourite shirt. Honestly, I wish all the workers were warm, welcoming, friendly and waited until the customer left before gossiping. Nontheless, I greeted them all with the same amount of warmth. I was so so so lucky to have been measured and helped by Tammy during my initial visit.
