I’ve bought furniture at many places before but have never had such a pleasant experience throughout the entire process, from design help, personal home visits to make sure it’s perfect, to the delivery process. I couldn’t be more pleased with Gerrard and his team to make this the best Furniture Store in London! The quality is second to none and they stand behind their product. Don’t bother going anywhere else

Really excellent upscale furniture store. Staff were exemplary and made my purchasing experience unlike any I’ve had before. Definitely recommended for anyone looking to outfit their home with premium quality furniture.

So fed up dealing with the "customer service", we spent over 5K on our sectional couch, and since the begining with have an issues
They are great at promising to call you back and fix the issue .... Being sarcastic right now
Worst decision to get our couch there, so much money spent on something you can't fully enjoy

This store carries a beautiful selection of stylish, modern, well-made, good quality furniture with a VAST selection of fabrics/colors to choose from (for some of the upholstered furniture). My husband and I were helped by Kobi, on two separate occasions, who was friendly and knowledgeable, and who helped us make our selections. We ordered four beautiful black leather-wrapped dining chairs and two swivel arm chairs in a custom velvet fabric. All were delivered in the expected time frame and in perfect condition. I would recommend checking out this store if you're looking for stylish, modern or contemporary furniture that is good quality and NOT what you'll find at the big box stores. They also have some mid-century modern style furniture.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Modern Living London. Our salesperson (Kobi) was knowledgeable, professional and very personable. He provided excellent advice and recommendations and we are thrilled with our purchase. Every contact with the store was pleasant and they delivered everything they promised. An easy buying experience.

Ordered a beautiful bedroom set to be delivered to my home in Bright’sGrove an hour away. Paid for set up etc. The team that delivered noticed some missing hardware and a few damaged parts. I called the store and it was closed as it was 8:00 pm but incase of emergencies the owner leaves his personal cell number. I called Gerrard’s cell and spoke to him, interrupting his dinner. He was great. Apologized for the inconvenience and said he’d call me the next day.
Well, Gerrard ( the owner) personally drove to Toronto to get the parts then came to my house on a Saturday and personally assembled everything. Not only that, he helped me move a mattress from my garage up to our bedroom on the second level ( his idea not mine).
Amazing customer service and beautiful furniture. Highly recommend!!!

This is absolutely the worst company we have ever dealt with. Jaymar sofa was delivered with one leg broken off and another with a cracked in it. The workmanship was substandard. Yes Modern Living took it back. But because we live in Chatham ontario, they charged us $200 to deliver, $200 to take it back. And another $200 to send it back to Jaymar for repair. Yes, we were charged $600 plus tax for deliveries. Plus, we never got the sofa back. I would highly recommend avoiding this by shopping somewhere else.

Working with Gerrard has been great! He is organized & willing to go the extra mile for his clients. The whole team at modern living is wonderful work with & are incredibly knowledgeable.
Quality pieces can be found throughout the showroom as well!

Modern Living was great to work with from start to finish. Ordered 6 dining room chairs and a bar stool from Amisco. Very friendly, professional and helpful when I ordered the chairs. I had them delivered, the delivery company was very professional, fast and efficient. They gave a window of time within a 2 hour period
, they called when they were on their way. Great experience, I highly recommend Modern Living!

Imagine if Leons cost 2x-3x more. Jokes aside, this place was a ghost town, no staff or other customers anywhere in sight. Other than the higher prices, I couldn't see or feel a difference between theirs and those from the many furniture stores up the road.

We have shopped here for the last 17 years. We have had amazing service, and when our Trica light stopped working , they ordered a new led replacement straight away, that was 3 months ago, it’s not in , but at least we know it’s on order , We know everything takes longer with Covid. Thanks for looking after us.
