“Pam at the Masonville Loblaws Mobile Shop is awesome. She helped me get new BYOD plans for me and my brother. She explained to me all the best options available and I didn't feel like she was being pushy at all. The way that she spoke and worked made it clear that she wanted to offer the best possible experience for her customers.Due to no fault of her own, there were some technical difficulties in setting up the eSIM for my brother. I was starting to get worried, as it was getting close to closing time. To my surprise, Pam actually called up technical support and didn't leave until the issue was resolved. She ended up staying behind an extra 20 minutes for me. I'm so happy that I chose to come to the Mobile Shop and her employers have no idea how lucky they are to have an employee like her.”

“Yesterday, I was there at Fido White Oaks Mall for purchase of my new Phone. There I was assisted by a Fido representative named HARPREET KAUR. She helped my with selecting a good Phone which will meet my daily needs(Samsung S24 Ultra 256Gb). That was the thing I needed. She also told me about the Mastercard they offer and it's benefits so I took one at the spot. She gave me her assistance with setting up my new Phone and I took a lot of time as I was not good at all this stuff but she did setup everything for me in a very calm manner. She was very clear with the details of plans and so I upgraded my plan as well. She did offered me Device Protection as i forgot to take before. Overall it was a wonderful experience because of her patience behavior. I would like to recommend everyone to go and visit there and do meet her for any changes they want to do in their account.

It sucks that people cannot be trusted and that this is a way that they can protect their assets and clients. The first time visiting, we were unaware and accidentally looked like hooligans as we rattled the door. Both Gabe and George were wonderful human beings that assisted us in transferring over from a US line to a Canadian line. The second visit, Gabe assisted us in establishing the internet package deal. We had some small hiccups along the way due to my returning citizenship status and need to pull a credit report. None of this is at the fault of any of the workers at this location. The third visit, we went in to inquire about the internet, as it was not properly connecting. Both Gabe and George were helpful in offering us a step by step on who to contact. I reiterate, they helped to the best of their ability within their role. It is on the IT and back office side of things that needed to be addressed and resolved.Thank you for your time, patience, and information. We appreciated your assistance throughout this change.”
