Had recently purchased a 3ds from marketplace and after a few weeks abroad the charging stopped working.I gave a quick call to mobile klinik upon return and was advised a quick diagnostics could be doneThe gentleman at the store was very helpful and was able to quickly confirmed that the device and charger were working as normal. A huge relief given how old the devices are.He even recommended how to install a replacement battery down the road.I will definitely be back for any future repairs or purchases.Thank you to the gentleman at the store !

I would recommend this business to everyone. They have fixed my husbands phone quickly and effectively. They were also great when my dads phone stopped charging. My phone would not turn on and the staff was able to get it turned on and explain the issue and how to solve it. They have pressure you into spending additional money on ‘extras’. They are transparent and professional and friendly and high. Don’t hesitate to come back whenever I have an issue with any of my devices.

I brought my Nintendo Switch to Mobile Klinik for repair. Service was fantastic, and the technician was upfront about the unexpected complications that came up. ( which considering it fell in water and had been partially in the water for an unknown amout of time, was not really surprising there were more issues then originally thought). I highly recommend them and will be returning for any electronic repairs that come up in the future.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE AND UNETHICAL PRACTICESI am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Mobile Klinik London Northwest. Initially, I was quoted $89 for an iPhone battery replacement and told it would take approximately 2 hours. However, the situation quickly turned into a nightmare.Shortly after leaving my phone for a battery replacement, I received a call on my landline from the technician. He mentioned two minor issues, which I was already aware of. On querying if these could worsen due to the battery replacement, he assured me there was no risk in worsening the condition of phone and the battery replacement would be straightforward.Approximately 4 hours later. The owner called to inform me that, although the battery had been successfully replaced, they encountered a new problem: the facial recognition feature stopped working after they had reassembled my phone with the new battery in it. Initially, I did not consider this a major concern, assuming they would rectify the issue and return my phone in the same condition I left it. But it became clear from the owner's tone that they had no intention of covering the costs for this new problem. To my dismay, I was informed that my phone now required a completely new screen, an issue that did not exist when I initially handed over my phone.The owner's attitude on the phone was shockingly rude. She presented me with three unreasonable options: 1) Reinstalling my old battery and returning my now-damaged phone at no cost - an absurd suggestion given that they damaged my phone. 2) Keeping the new battery in my phone but leaving me with a damaged screen. 3) Offering a mere $20 off a screen replacement, amounting to 5% off the $400 + tax quote she gave me for a screen replacement. This was portrayed by the owner as a significant offer, which was far from the reality of the situation.Feeling appalled by the lack of customer service, I decided to just pay for the battery and take my damaged phone back. To my disbelief, the owner then refused my business altogether, insisting on putting the old battery back and returning the phone with a damaged screen. The owner quote on quote said to me “I do not want your money or business”.To add insult to injury, while at the store, I met another customer facing similar issues with her iPhone 11 battery replacement. It was her third visit that day, and they still had not resolved her issue. She had expressed her frustration with me as we both waited for our phones that were long overdue from the original 2 hours we were both told our repairs would take.I ended getting my phone back 7 hours after I initially dropped it off. They had put my old battery back in the phone and am I now left with a damaged phone.This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. I am now left with a phone needing a $400 + tax repair, a far cry from the original $89 repair I came in for. The owner's behavior was extremely hostile, rude, and utterly unreasonable. There was no effort made to reach a satisfactory solution for both parties.Do not visit Mobile Klinik London Northwest ever for any electronic repairs or service.

Was amazed with the knowledge and professionalism of the team here. I cracked the back of my Samsung pretty badly. They took the time to show me my options and were able to repair it. They also were able to do a diagnostic to check for any other issues that may exist. When they were done, my phone looked and felt like a brand new phone. Saving me a bunch of money not needing to replace it entirely. I highly recomend anyone who has a damaged phone to bring it in and get it checked out before paying extra fees to replace it with your carrier.
