To the 2 staff members helping out my little one today Mar 11 2024.You made the shopping day so much better and I will be checking your name tags the next time I come by the store.The 2 transactions made this trip to white oaks mall successful and a very happy young child here at my house.Thank you for answering all the questions and talking directly to my little one and making the smile from ear to ear.The big box comes with some fancy carpet thingy Iwas told that we were all unsure of haha.Thank you and see you soon for more pokemon cards and great prices.

Deceptive sales tactics- BEWARENow on two occasions have ‘select’ items not be included in the overall store sales. Manager blamed head office for locking the price. If the entire store is on sale but the one item- take it off the floor. If someone wants it they can ask. They have lost two sales now adding up to multiple hundreds of dollars and have lost future sales and profit. It’s companies like these who ruin the collectors culture by their price gauging. Shop local and support Heroes downtown. Far better selection and pricing that is not inflated like Mind Games.

This store has left me with both physical and mental trauma after an employee randomly attacked me OUTSIDE of the store. She jumped on me and tried to pull me to the ground resulting in sore marks and bruises. I honestly have no idea if she was just having a bad mental health day or thought I was stealing or something, but I do not believe any employee from any store should be physically assaulting customers, especially if they are not even in the store anymore. I wish I got her name, but when I asked for it she responded with obscenities while storming back inside the store. Very strange experience, never supporting this company again

Whoever is in charge of restocking the Rilakkuma plushies deserves a raise. Every time we stop in we find a new one to add to our collection. Sometimes they're even uncommon or hard to come by.We've also purchased a few tabletop games from this store, staff is knowledgeable and recommended some other similar games to try. Every time we come to Whiteoaks, we make a quick stop here!

Amazing staff, they are very knowledgeable. Games are a bit pricey but they have a good selection of awesome games and funko figures

Some Funko's have sun damage on the boxes and the prices are not reduced for damaged boxes. Good selection but can find a lot of the Funko's cheaper at other places. Staff is friendly and helpful.

You guys need to do some research on your Funko Pop pricing… $39.99 for Special Edition pops that retail everywhere else ranging from $16.99-$24.99… Even your store employees agreed with me about the prices being way to high compared to other stores but said that’s what head office wants them priced at. New released Chase pops behind the counter marked up extremely high… The whole point of a chase pop is to be that lucky person to find it on the shelf for the same retail price as the common version. Stop ripping customers off!

Terrible return/exchange policy. I did notice the sign they have near the cash that outlines the policy, but I must have missed that the policy does not include defective products. I bought something that was completely defective, and now I can’t even exchange it. Really disappointed, as I won’t be buying anything from here anymore because it’s too big of a risk if an item is defective. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless you’re okay with the possibility of losing your money to defective products.

A young man by the name of Justin is one of the best employees I have met at this location. He was very friendly and helpful, when they did not have a boardgame I was looking for he supplied me with several similar options. Thanks to his over and above customer service I will be shopping there again.
