I had the worst experience trying to convince myself that it’s still worth shopping at this store.I love the brand Happy Planner and unfortunately, it’s basically only sold at Michaels here in Canada. Michaels has no interest in understand the Canadian planner community. Some stores have an abundance of choices and others have the bare minimum.While seeing posts all over social media of happy costumers enjoying incredible clearance offers. I was accused of trying to cheat the system and to possibly cause the termination of the staff when I questioned the legitimacy of store policies.Michaels, do better and try to be consistent in your practices and your employee’s training so I don’t have to doubt if your manager at London Richmond location was just doing her job better then 20 locations all over Canada and the States or she chose to lecturers me because I’m an overweight black poor woman. (It’s My perception, of course)

The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful with style and colors. I went during a sale thankfully as I had some large things to frame. Good quality, great help.
