Your store has the worst customer service i have ever recieved. My 10k ring that is 1 year old requires such substantial maintenence that you won't even cover it? Is your peoduct that bad that you don't stand behind it? I would NEVER shop here again and it's my goal to tell everyone I can so that they can be saved from the same hell.

I had the privilege of having Becky as my sales person. Even though I purchased items within a low budget, she took the time and effort to help me find the perfect items without rushing and I am absolutely happy with my purchase and the experience at this Michael Hill location. I will shop there again

The entire staff at this location are fantastic ? Jacob helped us out huge and was able to have us leave with my wifes dream wedding ring! The treatment and price of what we got was top tier, and we will not be going anywhere else from here on out because if it!!

My Fiance and I starting ring shopping around London and couldn't help but notice the difference in customer service at Michael Hill in comparison to every other place. He eventually purchased a ring and from then on their customer service has been amazing and we've been continuously met with such enthusiasm, charisma and genuine care. This is such a big step in our lives and the team at Michael Hill has made it extra special and heartwarming! Shout out to Becci, Tanisha, Chantelle, Vienna, and the rest of the team!!

My boyfriend and I came in today to look at rings, just to get excited and see what's out there for us. We had the most amazing lady helping us with all of our questions and going above and beyond with her customer service. Jessica made our shopping experience so personal and enjoyable, complimenting how the rings looked on me as well as helping me explore similar styles to see what I liked. She is the best! Such a knowledgeable woman, she took the time to go into detail about the different rings just so we understood the differences and got the full run down. We are so thankful to have be treated so well. Such a positive experience today! Thank you so much Jessica!!! :)

We came in to browse engagement rings to get an idea of what styles suited me, as well as to get sized. Tanisha helped us out right away in a personable manner and made us feel super comfortable. That day we went to browse other stores and had horrible experiences at each one, so I really appreciated Tanisha's service. I found my dream ring and am so excited to get engaged soon!

All of the staff I encountered at this location were wonderful! Chantelle helped us find the perfect wedding band and made the purchasing and pickup process simple for us as we have to travel a fair distance to London! She also offered alternative options and called me personally when my ring was ready :) we have had great experiences at the locations in Kitchener and London :) definitely recommend!

Wish I could give zero stars. I bought my wife’s engagement ring in 2021 with the lifetime warranty. We get the ring inspected every six months as per the warranty. My wife recently brought the ring to the Masonville store to be inspected as the diamond was loose.Two weeks later, we went to pick up the ring and the diamond is now cloudy.We spoke with a very nice lady (I forget her name) who agreed with us that there was something wrong with the diamond. She then directed us to the assistant manager, Tanisha.Tanisha argued with my wife saying that theirs nothing wrong with the diamond- clearly we have never had an issue until now. The assistant manager was rude to my wife. I stepped in to save an argument. We left the ring to speak with a private jeweler about the matter.In the mean time, Tanisha called both my wife and I to explain that the diamond had an inclusion- but it was never noticeable until now. I requested to speak with the manager of the store several times, but they were “busy” at the time. No contact information was provided when requested.I then requested the contact information for the general manager, she would not provide their information.I have spent thousands of dollars at this establishment in recent years. Never will I ever spend a single cent here. I would caution anyone before purchasing jewelry from Michael hill. Especially the Masonville location
