“I was not looking forward to getting a suit for my son Anthony due to past negative experiences. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Jeff and I knew right away, we were in the right place. Jeff's suit fit him to perfection, his friendly nature, attention to detail and expert eye and knowledge were apparent. Thus far, it has been the best service we have ever received in London. I must include both quality and service are unmatchable. Every aspect from beginning to end was seamless and so professional.

“Really Really bad service and management.After spending 30-40 mins in store finally ended up selecting shirt for myself. Have a red clearance tag on it saying $82.99. Clearance was having 50% off so it should be $41.49. But at the cash counter it’s showed up $75. I asked what’s wrong it’s shouldn’t be that much. She said well we have new staff and both our managers are not well so they aren’t working. Well all that matters is store’s personal, none of my business. If you agreeing to the wrong tag than better be give it for the same price to the customer. Why customers pay for employees mistakes and store’s personal problems. She offers me 30% off which turned to 56$ still didn’t make any sense to me paying extras 14.50$ for store’s mistake. I also wanted to use my 15$ coupon which i got it with my last purchase because i am regular customer. She said its a last day for coupon so i ended up giving that coupon back to the lady on the cash. Don’t leave untrained people alone or if you’re going to do that than better be prepared to pay for your mistakes.”

Purchase items for my husband, son and two daughters. Comfortable, soft sweaters and jogging pants, shorts, T-shirts. I was able to find clothes that were causal, and sporty.

He took in details of what we were looking for and showed us all the options and added a little creativity of his own that helped to realize our vision all the more. Brian always treated our purchase as important, even if it wasn’t likely to be his most profitable sale for that month. He took the time to do multiple fittings until the groom felt it looked perfect. He took our opinions seriously at the same time giving helpful suggestions. He made sure to connect with me on dress colours, even bringing in a selection of ties that complemented the bridesmaid’s dresses. We were so pleased we chose to purchase with him!”

“I was at Levi’s on the Sunday after Black Friday, and I was hoping to find a specific pair of jeans. There was a girl managing the dressing rooms named Palak, and she was super sincere and efficient with helping me find them! I had shown her photo inspiration and she was extremely competent in determining my size and desired fit! I had been worried about staying too long after the official closing time, as well as spending too much money, but she dispelled my worries by tirelessly offering and encouraging me to try on different pairs of jeans that were close to what I had in mind and shared that I also had a discount as a student! I had almost given up at the end, but due to her genuine help, I was able to find a pair of jeans that I was looking for!!”

“Feb. 23/ 2024 Needed a good looking, light-weight work shoe with toe protection inorder to volunteer in a local food wharehouse. Jeremy proved to be very helpful and knew the features and benefits of various models. Took the time to find out what my expectations were and located a well fitting, comfortable shoe that I am very pleased with. Also wanted to search clearance clothing that I could donate to a "Cover me with Love" charity. Again, Jeremy proved very helpful especially at searching online for the correct size and style that was not available in the store. He went the the extra mile in placing the order for me (I am a bit awkward with computers); delivery to my door was fast and convenient. Again thank you Mark's Work Whare, especially Jeremy and all the friendly staff at the Wonderland S. Store. I shall return.”

Professional in person and got my husband the best tuxedo, tailored to perfection. And all of this was done in haste, for our 7 wedding anniversary.
He was the most handsomest thing I've ever seen walk this Earth . . . And the tux was the added bonus like icing on a cake.
Brides can take groom's breath away but today I'd like to say that my breath was taken away by his extreme dapper attire.
Don't go anywhere else, you'll likely never wear a tux again in your life and get it done professionally. Take your mind off of the stress of trying to find materials that match in department stores, and then have to pay for tailoring elsewhere.
This is a One-Stop shop - and I will come back again when the occasion arrives.
