Worst experience and worst customer service. The Spanish saleswoman blatantly asked us to put back clothes on hangar that we tried on. Literally asked us to do her job. Both sale women are in dire need of customer service training as well as to know what their job entails. Never ever going back.

Yesterday we were with my friend, her daughter and my daughter looking for some dresses for a graduation party. Our daughters will attend as guests and we will buy them the cutest dress. However, the older saleswoman and the high one at the store in Masonville, snatched the dress that my daughter was going to try on, telling her that she was too young and could not buy a dress that was not for prom. She didn't let our daughters try on the dresses, treated us badly,
I disrespect our daughters. She doesn't really have to discriminate against people based on race, color, ethnicity, place of birth, language. If we wanted to buy a dress there and we went there, it's because we have the means to pay for it. And she's a gruff woman, hateful, screaming. I'll never go back to that store
And I'll tell all my social media friends and you tubers to never go to that store. VERY BAD SALESWOMAN

The experience with customer service at my last visit to this store was poor, both in-store and online with customer service. I have shopped here for many years. Unfortunately, I won't be going back or shopping online.

The ladies at Melanie Lyne were pleasant and extremely helpful. I told them I needed an outfit for an event and they brought several outfits to me in the fitting room. As a result I ended up buying two outfits. Well done and great sales!!!

Fabulous clothes and styles, fabulous staff who go over and above always. The fit is usually very accurate for my size. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

The dresses are beautiful and the people working also were helpful but they do tend to miss out details. 2 ladies working on the cash register opened up my account like 3 times and not notice it was my birthday month...forget about offering my birthday credit. After I asked, she is asking me when is my birthday, whereas it is there on her screen on my account. Not sure if this was deliberate or a mistake, but attention to details should be paid or else dont offer discounts if they cant be abided by.

I had such a wonderful experience at Melanie Lyne! I went in on a whim while killing time before my appointment at David’s Bridal and ended up finding the perfect dress! Gabriella was so helpful and kind, and I am so incredibly happy with the dress we found!
